About AJ Madison
AJ Madison sells major appliances from the big brands, from refrigerators and dishwashers to washers, dryers, outdoor kitchens and full kitchen packages, online and in showrooms.
The rule that matters most is the cost of changing your mind: returns carry a 35% restocking fee, and any free shipping or promotion is voided.
AJ Madison has been in the appliance business for more than 20 years and says it carries over 150 brands. Beyond the core kitchen and laundry categories, its catalog reaches into freezers, vacuum cleaners, compact and ADA-compliant models, small appliances, sinks and faucets, and a separate luxury appliance section. Closeout and rebate pages sit next to the main departments, and shoppers can join its Pro program.
Showrooms operate in Brooklyn, Miami, Atlanta and D.C., and the site lists a Houston location as newly opened. Most products include a one-year parts and labor warranty, and Allstate protection plans of 3 or 5 years can be added. The site also publishes buying advice and trend articles, such as side-by-side looks at designer appliances and lower-priced lookalikes.

Does AJ Madison offer free shipping?
Yes. Most appliances ship free over $1,299 outside the NYC metro area, with no minimum inside it, to your threshold only.
How long does AJ Madison shipping take?
Stairs, unpacking and installation aren't included; remote areas, ferry deliveries and heavy or pro-style appliances cost extra.
What is AJ Madison's return policy?
New-in-box items that were never installed or plugged in can go back within 30 days of delivery, with a return authorization number.
What payment methods does AJ Madison accept?
The AJ Madison Synchrony HOME card offers no interest if paid in full in 6 months on $299+, 12 months on $999+ or 15 months on $1,999+.
Does AJ Madison price match?
AJ Madison lists a price match policy, but its terms weren't on the pages checked.

How to use a AJ Madison coupon
- Most AJ Madison savings appear as marked-down prices on the product pages.
- The Black Friday Sale running in October 2026 advertises buy more, save more, up to 50% off, and a flash sale lists kitchen package deals of up to 40%.
- Any code you hold goes in during checkout.
- Treat a discounted range as a firm purchase: a return voids the promotion and free shipping, then adds the 35% fee and shipping both ways.
- Air conditioners and special orders can't be returned at all, so measure the space before you order.
If your AJ Madison code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "Save $25 on Purchases of $999 or More" needs an order of at least $999.
- New customers only: "Save 7% on Your First Order" is for a first order.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at AJ Madison
- Kitchen packages are where the flash sale aims its biggest cuts, and the site also lists up to 60% off smart wall ovens and induction cooking.
- The Synchrony HOME card's no-interest periods only help if you clear the balance inside 6, 12 or 15 months.
- Near Brooklyn, Miami, Atlanta or D.C., a showroom visit lets you see a model before you take on the restocking risk.

AJ Madison doesn't ship directly to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or abroad. A freight forwarder can take the order, but the warranty is void once the product leaves the continental US.
