About Bearaby
Bearaby hand-knits filler-free weighted blankets from organic cotton, TENCEL and other plant-based materials, and adds throws, sheets, pillows, heated warmables, sleep masks and weighted plush toys.

Bearaby was founded by Kathrin Hamm, who came to the idea after a long Saturday nap under a weighted blanket. The brand treats sleep as a form of self-care and aims for rest that is natural and drug-free. Its products are made mostly in India, and the knitted blankets carry a 1-year warranty against defects in workmanship or materials.
The blankets go by the Napper name: the Cotton Weighted Blanket, the cooling Tree Napper in TENCEL, the Nappling sized for kids, and an Ocean version that Bearaby ties to removing plastic from the seas around Sri Lanka. Bedding comes as Second Skin sheet and duvet sets, and the pillows include the Knot Pillow and a Body Pillow filled with plant-based Melofoam. A short quiz helps shoppers pick a blanket.
