About Appliances Direct
Appliances Direct is a UK store for cooking appliances, fridges, laundry, dishwashers and TVs, plus heating, air conditioning, sinks, taps, bathrooms and commercial catering equipment.
Prices are in GBP, and the delivery charge depends on the size and weight of your order. Run the postcode check first, since many products and some areas deliver free.
Beyond the large appliances it is known for, Appliances Direct stocks phones and smartwatches from Apple, Samsung and Google, small kitchen appliances such as air fryers, coffee machines and stand mixers, vacuum cleaners, and fireplaces, electric stoves and radiators. Many departments include a refurbished section, and the sink and tap range features brands like Quooker, Franke and Blanco. Appliance brands on the site include Beko, Bosch, Hotpoint, Indesit and electriQ.
Business buyers can switch the site to show prices excluding VAT. When ordering, shoppers can add installation, connection and the removal of an old appliance for recycling, and air conditioning installation is offered for homes. New products carry a warranty of at least 12 months for UK and Irish consumers.
How long does Appliances Direct shipping take?
The charge is set at checkout by size and weight, with free delivery on many products and in some postcode areas.

How to use a Appliances Direct discount code
- The "promotional code" box sits on the basket page.
- Type the code there and click Apply before you move on to payment.
- Appliances Direct accepts one code per order, so try each code you hold and keep the bigger saving.
- Codes work online only and every one carries an expiry date.
- The basket is also where installation, connection and old-appliance removal get added, so you'll see the full cost of a fitted cooker before you pay.
- Brand promotions, such as Neff installation deals or Samsung and Sony TV warranty offers, run as site banners rather than codes.
- If you plan to collect from West Yorkshire or the East Midlands, pay by card, because Click & Collect isn't available for PayPal orders.
If your Appliances Direct code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "£75 off an AEG hob and cooker hood over £600" needs an order of at least £600.
- One code per order: Only one code per order; codes are for online use and all have an expiry date.
- End date: "£30 Off Select Hisense Dishwashers" ends Dec 3, 2026; "£20 Off Select Hotpoint Dishwashers" ends Dec 3, 2026.
- Where to enter it: At the basket page, enter the code in the "promotional code" box and click Apply.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Appliances Direct
- Spreading the cost can beat a small code: many products come with up to 12 months 0% credit, and PayPal Pay in 3 is another option.
- Home air conditioning installation starts from £800, with VAT reduced to 0% for home use.
- A student discount is linked in the site footer, though its amount isn't stated.
- If an old fridge or washer needs to go, book removal and recycling at the basket from £19.99 rather than arranging it separately.
