About Ultra Mobile
Ultra Mobile sells prepaid phone plans on the T-Mobile 5G network, each with unlimited talk to 90+ international destinations, plus phones, eSIM and SIM cards.
You pay for plans upfront, and money paid generally isn't refunded if you cancel. Pick the term length carefully, because the lower multi-month rates come with a longer commitment.
Ultra Mobile plans come in 4GB, 12GB and Unlimited sizes, and each includes global texting, mobile hotspot, Wi-Fi calling and unlimited talk and text in Mexico and Canada, with international calling and roaming credits on top. Customers can bring their own phone or buy a new one, and choose between an eSIM and a 3-in-1 SIM card.
The carrier sells online and through retail stores, with a store locator on its site, and its customer care team works in English, Spanish and Mandarin; the website itself also has a Spanish version. A family plan bundles several Unlimited lines, a 30-day Mexico roaming pass adds data for trips south of the border, and a refer-a-friend program is offered. Plans have to be activated within 45 days of purchase.
