About BABEYOND
BABEYOND dresses its customers for the 1920s, with flapper and Gatsby-style dresses, evening gowns, headpieces and vintage accessories from a brand founded in 2014.
Ground shipping costs nothing on any U.S. order, so the real trade-off is speed: ground takes 10-12 business days after processing, and expedited delivery only becomes free from $160.
BABEYOND frames its brand around the Muse of Greek myth, presenting itself as a source of inspiration for self-expression, and says its team pairs long industry experience with a fondness for 20th-century glamour. The company describes its pieces as original designs refined through careful research into period detail.
Its dress range is sorted by material (fringe, sequin, bead and velvet) and by occasion, from prom and cocktail parties to weddings, performances and graduations, with plus-size and petite cuts and Charleston, wedding and tutu styles. Headpieces come in feather, rhinestone and chain designs, and accessories run from gloves, fascinators, fans and wigs to pearl jewelry and a small men's section. The catalog also reaches into 1950s fashion, and the store sells two-dress party bundles and a Mystery Lucky Box.

Does BABEYOND offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order ships free by ground in 10-12 business days after 1-2 days of processing; expedited takes 6-8 business days and is free from $160.
How long does BABEYOND shipping take?
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses are not served, and some products travel by ground only.
What is BABEYOND's return policy?
A request in the returns center within 14 days of delivery starts the process; items need their hang tags, and clearance pieces stay final unless faulty.
What payment methods does BABEYOND accept?
PayPal and credit cards are named in the refund-timing answer, though no full list of payment methods appears on the site.

How to use a BABEYOND discount code
- The discount box for a BABEYOND dress order is part of the checkout page's order summary, as on other Shopify shops.
- Subscribing through the footer form comes first if the 12% offer is the plan.
- Codes are single-use and do not combine, so only one of them can go on any order.
- Clearance pieces, recently up to 70% off with an extra 25% on top, cannot be returned unless faulty, which deserves thought before buying a gown that might not fit.
- Orders can be changed or cancelled only within one hour of being placed, so a forgotten code leaves a short window to cancel and reorder.
If your BABEYOND code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "18% off your order" needs an order of at least $150; "15% off your order" needs an order of at least $100.
- Combining offers: Promo codes are single-use and cannot be combined.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at BABEYOND
- Sales carry most of the savings at BABEYOND.
- The Halloween sale, seen from late September, takes up to 18% off, and the clearance section adds an extra 25% to markdowns of up to 70%.
- One small policy helps on returns: a shopper who sends an item back to buy a different one can ask support to refund the first order's discount on the new order.
- Shoppers in Canada, the UK, Australia and much of Europe get free shipping from $100, with taxes and duties covered by the brand.
BABEYOND questions, answered
How long does a free-ground BABEYOND dress take to arrive?
Free ground delivery takes 10-12 business days after 1-2 business days of processing, while expedited arrives in 6-8 business days and is free from $160.
Will BABEYOND accept two promo codes on one Gatsby dress order?
BABEYOND treats promo codes as single-use and does not allow them to be combined.
How does a size swap work at BABEYOND without exchanges?
The original item is returned through the returns center within 14 days of delivery, and the new size or style is ordered separately. Support can refund the first order's discount on that new order when asked.
Are BABEYOND clearance pieces final?
Clearance items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty, so the extra 25% off clearance comes with a no-return trade-off.
Who pays import duties on a BABEYOND order to Canada or the UK?
The brand says it covers additional taxes and duties, and customers who are charged them are asked to contact support.
How long does BABEYOND leave open to edit or cancel an order?
Changes and cancellations are accepted only within one hour of placing an order.
