Betts is a five-generation, family-run Australian shoe retailer selling women's boots, flats, sandals, heels, sneakers and wider-fit styles, plus bags and accessories.
Prices are in AUD, and stacking is the rule that shapes most savings: promo codes don't combine with each other or with automated cart discounts, though the A$15 sign-up code works alongside some other codes.
Betts traces its family story from Fanny through the Breckler brothers to the generation now in charge, and it runs shoe stores across Australia that shoppers can locate with an online store finder. Many new styles go up for pre-order before they arrive, and the site posts styling notes with each new arrival, often credited to Instagram creators.
The range is grouped into seasonal edits built around colour, leather and animal print, alongside loafers, ballet flats, knee-high and ankle boots, mules, pumps and wedges. Bags for casual and evening wear, shoe accessories and shoe care products round out the store. Regular shoppers can join the Inner Circle loyalty program, and gift cards bought in a physical store can be redeemed only in store.

Sign-up offer
Joining the Betts mailing list brings A$15 off your first order in the welcome email, usable once online or in store.
Exclusions
Pre-order styles skip discounts unless stated, and sitewide promotions don't take a further percentage off sale items.
Gift cards
Cards bought in a Betts store are redeemable only in stores, expire 3 years after purchase and can't be refunded.
New Zealand
Express delivery to New Zealand costs NZ$20 and takes 2-4 business days, free over NZ$200, and NZ returns are at your cost.
Betts runs on Shopify, so the discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
One promo code goes in per order: codes won't combine with each other or with automated cart discounts, and a sitewide promotion won't stack with other percentage-based offers.
The A$15 welcome code is the exception that can pair with some other codes, so try it next to a current deal before settling on one.
During the time-limited 30% off sitewide event, sale items won't drop a further percentage.
Pre-order styles stay out of promotions unless the product page says otherwise, and a free shipping promotion only covers Standard delivery within Australia.
If your Betts code doesn't work
Exclusions: Pre-order styles are excluded from discounts and promotions unless stated; sitewide promotions don't take a further % off sale items; free shipping promotions apply only to Standard shipping on Australian orders.
Combining offers: Promo codes cannot be combined with other promo codes or automated cart discounts; sitewide promotions cannot be combined with other percentage-based promotions. The $15 sign-up code can be combined with some other codes.
New customers only: $15 off a first order (code emailed in the welcome email after joining the Betts mailing list; once per customer, online and in store) does not apply to repeat orders.
The Inner Circle loyalty program sits in the Betts menu and footer, so it's worth joining alongside the mailing liSt. Watch the 2nd Pair Half Price promotions closely: returning one pair from that deal forfeits the 50% discount.
Priority shipping turns free over A$250, so a bigger basket can arrive faster at no extra coSt. If you change your mind before dispatch, an email to customer care cancels the order free, which beats paying the A$10.95 return fee later.
