About Birdies
Birdies makes women's comfort shoes, from flats and loafers to boots, sneakers, heels and sandals, and has done so since 2015.
The one rule to know before you shop is that Birdies takes a single coupon code per order, and that code skips sale styles, final sale pairs and gift cards.
Birdies was started by Bianca and Marisa, two mothers and entrepreneurs who were tired of greeting dinner guests barefoot or in shabby slippers. Their answer was a shoe for entertaining at home that mixed sneaker-like support, slipper softness and the look of an upscale flat. Customers soon began wearing the pairs outside the house, and the line grew into everyday footwear.
Styles carry bird names, such as the Starling loafer and the Goldfinch, and the site groups each category by silhouette. Birdies presents itself as a community of comfort-minded women and says it wants to improve the lives of women more broadly.
When shoppers look for Birdies coupons
Birdies coupon searches peak in December, about 1.5× a typical month, and dip lowest in February.
Does Birdies offer free shipping?
Yes. Birdies' written terms give free economy U.S. shipping on orders over $85, counted on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, not on express or international orders.
How long does Birdies shipping take?
Birdies sends orders only to addresses in the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK, with shipping and handling shown at checkout.
What is Birdies' return policy?
Unworn shoes that are new and still in their original packaging have 30 days, but Last Chance, clearance and final sale pairs can't come back.

How to use a Birdies coupon
- Birdies asks for coupon codes at checkout, and the box takes one code at a time.
- If you want the 10% welcome code, join the mailing list before you build your cart, since it covers a first order only.
- Each discount code is one-time use.
- It won't touch sale or final sale styles or gift cards, so a cart of full-price loafers is where it earns its keep.
- Promotions also don't combine with other discounts, apart from in-store promotions that need no code.
- Keep the $85 free shipping line in mind too.
- It's measured after discounts, so a code can pull a cart that sat just above $85 back under it.
If your Birdies code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Discount codes are one-time use and don't apply to sale or final sale items or gift cards.
- One code per order: Only one coupon code per order; promotions can't be combined with other discounts except in-store promotions without a code.
- New customers only: "10% Off Storewide for New Customers" is for a first order.
- Where to enter it: Coupon codes are entered at checkout; one code at a time.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Birdies
- Referrals are the repeat route at Birdies.
- Each friend who buys for the first time earns you a Reward Coupon for a later order.
- The fit guarantee doesn't cut the price, but it lowers the cost of guessing wrong on a new style.
- Shipping to an APO, FPO or DPO address?
- Budget for the return yourself, since those returns are at your expense.
- Clearance pairs and gift cards are final, so buy those only once you're sure of the size.
Birdies questions, answered
Can more than one Birdies code go on an order?
Birdies accepts only one coupon code per order. Codes also can't be combined with other promotions, except in-store promotions that don't use a code.
What can be returned to Birdies?
Unworn shoes that are new and in their original packaging can go back within 30 days. Last Chance, clearance and final sale items and gift cards are excluded.
Does the Birdies welcome discount work on sale shoes?
The 10% first-order code from the mailing list is a discount code, and Birdies' codes don't apply to sale or final sale items. Save it for full-price styles.
Does Birdies ship outside the US?
Birdies ships to Canada, Australia and the UK, and you pay duties and taxes at checkout. Orders sent outside the contiguous US can't be returned.
