About BJ's Wholesale Club
BJ's Wholesale Club is a membership warehouse club selling bulk groceries, including its Wellsley Farms and Berkley Jensen brands, plus household essentials, electronics, furniture, toys, tires and optical.
Its discounts work through digital coupons you clip to your membership account before checkout, and online prices match what the club charges.
Beyond the warehouse aisles, BJ's Wholesale Club sells a set of member services: BJ's Tires & Services, BJ's Optical, travel, home improvement, wireless and internet plans, DirecTV, installation and assembly, and protection plans. The grocery side runs from produce, dairy, meat, seafood and bakery items to deli platters, prepared foods, international foods, and beer, wine and liquor, and cakes ordered online can be customized at no extra cost.
The club backs its own-label Berkley Jensen and Wellsley Farms goods with a 100% money-back guarantee, and glasses from BJ's Optical that break within 12 months qualify for a one-time replacement at half price. Other departments include mattresses, patio and garden, office and school supplies, flowers, jewelry and books, and the club publishes a Smart Saver blog.

How to use a BJ's Wholesale Club promo code
- At BJ's, the discount step happens before checkout: you clip digital coupons to your membership account, then shop the qualifying items.
- The current $10 digital coupon when you spend $40+ on participating cough and cold items works this way, so clip it first and fill the cart from the participating liSt. Banner deals such as up to 30% off and free shipping on select fall furniture, or free shipping on all toys through 12/24, are posted on the products themselves.
- Clearance-marked items are final sale, so a deep markdown there can't be returned later.
More ways to save at BJ's Wholesale Club
- Picking the club's own Berkley Jensen and Wellsley Farms brands comes with a money-back promise, so switching from a name brand carries little risk.
- Online cake orders include free customization.
- BJ's gift cards are sold from the header link, but they're final sale, so buy only what you'll use.
- The 365-day window on most items means a bulk buy that doesn't work out can still go back.
BJ's Wholesale Club questions, answered
How do BJ's digital coupons work?
You clip them to your membership account before you check out. The $10 coupon on participating cough and cold items, for example, needs a $40+ spend on those items.
What can't be returned to BJ's?
Trading cards, alcohol, tobacco, gift cards, opened software and games, prescription eyewear and clearance-marked items are final sale. Shipping charges come back only when BJ's made an error or the order arrived damaged.
How much does BJ's Same-Day Delivery cost?
The fee starts at $9.99 and changes with your location, order size and delivery time. It covers addresses within 15-20 miles of your club.
How long does a BJ's refund take?
Refunds are usually processed 5-7 days after the return is approved, and they go back to the original payment method.
