Carrabba's Italian Grill serves its menu for dine-in and pickup, takes catering orders, and delivers from select locations.
Signing up for email offers brings free calamari and enrolls you in Dine Rewards, which recognizes members by phone number in the restaurant. That sign-up is the standing perk to grab before your next visit.
The restaurant grew out of two Texas families of Sicilian descent, the Carrabbas and the Mandolas, and co-founder Damian Mandola credits his mother, Grace, with teaching him to cook. According to the chain's story page, its food mixes Sicilian family recipes with Creole and Southern dishes the families picked up in Louisiana and around Galveston on the Gulf Coast, along with Texas Western cooking. Carrabba's is part of Bloomin' Brands.
For groups, catering orders start at $100 and come with plates, utensils and napkins. Locations are open for lunch, and the website publishes nutrition information for the menu. Gift cards are sold both as physical cards and as e-gift cards sent by email.
