How to use a TGI Fridays coupon

1. Fridays Rewards coupons are applied in the shopping cart, under the Fridays Rewards section, before you reach checkout.
2. At the table, hand the reward code to your server instead.
3. The two settings follow different rules.
4. Online, an account can use only one reward coupon within 4 hours, so a second reward waits for a later order.
5. In a restaurant, several reward coupons and offers can go on the same check.
6. If you're holding more than one reward, dining in is the way to use them together.

If your TGI Fridays code doesn't work

• Exclusions: Rewards points are not earned on gift card purchases, third-party delivery orders, EZ Cater orders or alcohol-only checks.
• Combining offers: Online, only one reward coupon per account can be used within 4 hours; in restaurants, several reward coupons and offers can be combined.
• New customers only: Free appetizer on a first order (join Fridays Rewards; the free appetizer is redeemed with the purchase of an entrée) does not apply to repeat orders.
• End date: "Get 10% Off $20 Orders on Monday-Thursday Pickups" ends Nov 17, 2026.
• Where to enter it: Online, rewards are picked in the shopping cart under the Fridays Rewards section before checkout; in a restaurant, give the reward code to your server.
