About CCS
CCS is an online skate shop that began in 1985 in San Luis Obispo as California Cheap Skates, and now sells skateboards, custom decks, skate shoes, clothing and accessories from many brands next to its own CCS line.
Final-sale rules shape any bargain here: red-priced clearance, Quick Strike shoes, Nike SB Dunks and custom products cannot be returned.
CCS grew out of a small California shop into one of skateboarding's early mail-order businesses, and its printed CCS Catalog became a familiar read among skaters. The company is now based in Portland, Oregon, where it also runs a physical skate shop that opens seven days a week.
The catalog mixes skate brands such as Nike SB, Adidas Skateboarding, Krooked, Polar, Quasi, Baker, HUF and Vans with CCS-branded jeans, chinos, shirts, wheels and skateboards. Through CCS Customs, shoppers can design their own decks, grip tape and apparel, and the CCS+ paid membership adds raffle access and giveaways. The site also keeps a skateboard buyer's guide, a team page and a blog with skating videos and reviews.

How to use a CCS discount code
- CCS runs on Shopify, so the discount box is on the checkout page's order summary.
- Promotions such as buy one, get one 50% off CCS pants and shorts come with a return catch: sending back the full-price item strips the discount from what you keep, and BOGO returns also lose free return shipping, with $7 deducted.
- A discount does not lift final-sale status either, so red-priced clearance and custom boards stay non-returnable.
- A complete skateboard or gripped deck sent back later carries a $12.99 restocking fee, worth weighing before buying one on a promotion.
If your CCS code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Clearance items (prices in red) are final sale; some brands (e.g. Nike SB, Vans, Volcom, Oakley, GoPro) cannot ship internationally.
- Combining offers: Returning the full-price item from a BOGO or a buy-this-get-discount promotion removes the discount from the items kept; BOGO returns also lose free return shipping ($7 deducted).

Missing, wrong or damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, with photos.
