About Coyuchi
Coyuchi sells organic home textiles, including 100% organic cotton sheets, duvet covers, blankets, quilts, towels and robes, plus mattresses, loungewear and baby goods.
Its codes come with a long exclusion list, since offers skip markdowns, gift sets, the Alpaca Collection, Natural REM mattresses and bundle discounts unless the offer says otherwise.
Coyuchi presents itself as a sustainable brand with more than 30 years of history, and it builds its range around natural fibers woven into fabrics such as percale, sateen, linen and flannel. Through its 2nd Home Take Back program and the 2nd Home Renewed line, returned linens are cleaned, repaired and offered again as pre-owned pieces.
Beyond bedding and bath, the site carries kitchen and dining goods, home fragrance, silk pajamas and Coyuchi Littles, its line of organic baby products, along with a small edit of outside brands it chooses to stock. The company also works with trade, hospitality, wholesale and corporate gifting customers, and it mails a catalog on request.
When shoppers look for Coyuchi coupons
Coyuchi coupon searches peak in November, about 1.4× a typical month, and dip lowest in February.
Does Coyuchi offer free shipping?
Yes. UPS Ground takes 5-7 business days for a $10 flat rate, free from $300; UPS Express costs $49 for 2-3 business days.
How long does Coyuchi shipping take?
Coyuchi mattresses ship free by ground and come with a 100-night sleep trial and a full refund.
What is Coyuchi's return policy?
A full refund or store credit within 30 days, even if washed or worn; up to 180 days earns store credit minus a $15 restocking fee.

How to use a Coyuchi discount code
- Coyuchi runs on Shopify, so the discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
- The first-time code arrives by email after you sign up for emails or the print catalog, and it's for first-time customers only.
- Codes apply to the subtotal before shipping and tax.
- They can't be combined with other promotions, markdown or sale items, or used on previous orders.
- That rule bites with bundles, since a Bundle + Save price is already a promotion.
- Clear the Alpaca Collection, gift wrap and e-gift cards out of your cart before testing a code, because offers exclude them too.
If your Coyuchi code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Unless noted, offers exclude markdowns, e-gift cards, gift sets, the Alpaca Collection, gift wrap, Natural REM mattresses and bundle discounts; 2nd Home Renewed items are excluded from promotions.
- Combining offers: Offers and coupon codes can't be combined with other promotions, markdown or sale items, or previous orders; codes apply to the subtotal before shipping and tax.
- New customers only: "15% Off **First Order** $375" is for a first order.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Coyuchi
- Bundles are the steadiest saving at Coyuchi, with Bundle + Save up to 25% off and bed bundles up to 15% off.
- 2nd Home Renewed resells returned linens, cleaned and repaired, at up to 40% off retail, but those pieces are Final Sale.
- The return terms carry their own value: you can send sheets back within 30 days even after washing them.
