About DanceSafe
DanceSafe is a 501(c)(3) public health nonprofit, operating since 1998, that sells drug-checking supplies: fentanyl test strips, reagent testing kits and individual reagents it makes in-house, plus merch.
Retail orders cannot be returned or exchanged, so the festival-season code for 10% off everything is the main saving, and it works on most, though not all, products.
DanceSafe describes itself as a nonprofit founded on social justice principles, known for checking drugs at raves and nightlife events throughout the U.S. In 1998 it started a publicly accessible drug checking laboratory, which Erowid now manages under the DrugsData name. Its reagents are made in northern California, and its fentanyl test strips are manufactured by the US company WHPM.
Recent additions to the shop include xylazine test strips and the Gemini-50 milligram scale, and a mail-in service called Transparency Testing offers more advanced analysis. Sales help fund free outreach: volunteers at DanceSafe booths hand out earplugs, condoms, water and drug information, and the WeLoveConsent program works to reduce sexual violence in nightlife. Only customers aged 18 or older may buy.

More about shopping at DanceSafe
- Festival sale
- A code for 10% off everything runs during festival season and is featured on the DanceSafe coupons page.
- Discreet delivery
- Parcels ship in plain boxes from Lincoln, Nebraska, and card statements show a processor descriptor that does not name the products.
- International
- Most countries are served, but not Brazil, China, Germany, Mexico, Spain and a dozen others; duties fall on the buyer.
- Small strip orders
- A single strip or a pack of 10 fentanyl test strips travels by stamped envelope without tracking.

How to use a DanceSafe coupon code
- DanceSafe's Magento checkout includes a discount field, and that is where the festival-season code goes.
- The code covers most store products rather than every one, so a reagent or merch item that does not drop in price may be among the exceptions.
- Wholesale accounts cannot pair wholesale pricing with the sitewide code, which means a bulk buyer picks one or the other.
- Orders are limited to customers 18 and older, and with no retail returns, the kit selection should be settled before the order is placed.
If your DanceSafe code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Codes work on most, not all, store products.
- Combining offers: The sitewide code cannot be combined with wholesale pricing.
- Where to enter it: Enter the code in the discount field at checkout.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at DanceSafe
- Festival season is the window for the 10% off everything code that the coupons page features.
- Buyers who need strips or reagents in quantity can open a wholesale account on Net 30, check or ACH terms, though that pricing replaces the sitewide code rather than adding to it.
- Paying for Next Day Air brings one protection: it is the only shipping refunded for delays, though never for weather.
- Every purchase also funds the nonprofit's free outreach services.
DanceSafe questions, answered
Can DanceSafe orders be returned?
Retail orders are final, with no returns or exchanges. A damaged order reported with photos within 3 business days is usually replaced.
Does the DanceSafe code work with wholesale pricing?
The sitewide code cannot be combined with wholesale pricing, and it works on most but not all store products.
Is DanceSafe packaging discreet?
Orders ship in plain, discreet boxes from Lincoln, Nebraska, and card statements carry a processor descriptor that does not name the products.
Will DanceSafe deliver to a P.O. box?
UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, so a UPS Access Point is the alternative. Orders of a single or 10 fentanyl test strips go by stamped envelope without tracking.
Which countries does DanceSafe not ship to?
Brazil, China, Colombia, Germany, Hong Kong, Israel, Malaysia, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE and Vietnam are excluded. Elsewhere the customer pays duties, and undelivered USPS international orders are not refunded.
