About B&Q
B&Q sells paint, flooring, tiles, kitchens, bathrooms, garden supplies and power tools through diy.com and about 300 UK stores, with prices in GBP.
The rule that matters most for a B&Q discount code: promotions don't cover products sold and shipped by verified sellers on the marketplace, so check who ships each item before you count on a saving.
B&Q's range also stretches to wallpaper, timber, interior doors, radiators, lighting, heating and plumbing, sofas and wardrobes, along with seasonal Halloween and Christmas decorations. Beyond products, it rents out tools both online and in its shops, fits windows and doors with a free estimate, and solar panels, home batteries and air conditioning installed through a partnership with BOXT.
Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom projects can begin with a free planning appointment, held in store or online, that ends with a 3D design and an itemised quote, and a paid room-measuring service is available as well. B&Q also has a mobile app for home improvement and a corporate gift card service for businesses.
Does B&Q offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard UK delivery costs £6 and turns free over £100, while large items cost £15 unless the order passes £500.
How long does B&Q shipping take?
Bulk delivery is £35 with a £100 minimum, and free Click + Collect can be ready in as little as 15 minutes.
What is B&Q's return policy?
Change-of-mind returns run for 90 days in original condition with a receipt, but cut-to-size, made-to-measure and plants can't be refunded.
What payment methods does B&Q accept?
B&Q lists interest-free credit, buy now pay later and fixed monthly payments, aimed at kitchen, bathroom and bedroom projects.

How to use a B&Q discount code
- Most B&Q savings are banner promotions tied to project size: up to 40% off kitchen cabinetry and doors, or up to 20% off bathrooms, each at set spend thresholds.
- Price the whole room before ordering, since the bigger spend unlocks the bigger tier.
- Before you pay, sort the basket by seller.
- Anything sold and shipped by a verified seller sits outside every B&Q promotion, and a gift card can't cover an order that contains one.
- B&Q Club members should scan their Club card online or in store so Club-only prices and vouchers count.
- Age-restricted products still need photo ID under Challenge 25 when you collect.
More ways to save at B&Q
- Joining B&Q Club costs nothing, and the £5 welcome voucher arrives once you spend £30.
- Kitchen buyers can watch several banners at once: an extra 10% off selected kitchen doors, 10% off Bosch appliances when you buy a kitchen, and 15% off Grohe kitchen and bathroom taps.
- Book the free planning appointment first, because the 3D design and itemised quote show which spend tier you'll reach.
- On small orders, free Click + Collect avoids the £6 delivery charge.
- Collect within 7 days, though, or the order goes back and gets refunded.
B&Q questions, answered
Do B&Q discount codes work on marketplace items?
Promotions on diy.com exclude products sold and shipped by verified sellers. Gift cards also can't pay for an order that includes a verified-seller product.
How much is B&Q delivery in the UK?
Standard delivery is £6 and free over £100, while large items cost £15 unless the order is over £500. Click + Collect is free, and bulk delivery is £35 with a £100 minimum.
What can't be refunded at B&Q?
Cut-to-size, made-to-measure and mixed products, opened hygiene items and perishables such as plants aren't refundable. Everything else gets 90 days for change-of-mind returns in original condition with a receipt or order confirmation.
What does the B&Q Club welcome voucher give you?
New Club members get a £5 welcome voucher when they spend £30. Membership is free and also brings Club-only offers and money-off vouchers.
Is the B&Q room measuring fee refundable?
Measuring costs £50 for the first room and £25 per extra room. B&Q refunds it when you spend £500 or more on relevant products.
