About Wickes
Wickes is a UK DIY and trade retailer for kitchens, bathrooms, timber, paint, tiles, garden landscaping, plumbing and tools, with prices in GBP.
Delivery is where costs creep in: standard home delivery starts at £5, while Click & Collect is free, so collecting from a store is the simplest saving on most UK orders.
Wickes pairs its product range with planning and fitting services: shoppers can book a free design appointment for a kitchen or bathroom, and the retailer offers kitchen design and installation as well as tiling and flooring services. Kitchen styles include Shaker, J-pull and slab designs, with bespoke kitchens alongside the standard ranges.
Paint comes from Dulux, Crown and Cuprinol next to Wickes' own brand, with tester pots and an online paint visualiser for comparing shades first. The building side stocks sheet materials, insulation, roofing, plasterboard, bricks and guttering for trade customers. Prices on the website are the same as in stores, while Wickes gift cards can be spent only in branches.

How long does Wickes shipping take?
Standard delivery starts at £5, next day when you order by 6pm, with £5 extra for a Saturday slot.
Does Wickes offer free shipping?

What is Wickes' return policy?
You get 30 days from purchase or receipt, whichever is later, with free returns to any Wickes store and a fee for home collection.
What payment methods does Wickes accept?
Wickes takes Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay on UK orders.
More about shopping at Wickes
- Rapid delivery
- Participating stores deliver within 3 hours for £6 on top of the standard delivery charge.
- Return exclusions
- Gift cards, perishables and made-to-order items can't come back unless faulty, and supplier-delivered products sit outside the 30-day policy.
- Interest-free bathrooms
- Klarna offers 6 months interest-free credit on Bathrooms orders with £750 to £1,500 of qualifying products, tiles excluded.
- Gift cards
- Wickes gift cards work only in stores, so you can't redeem one against a website order.
- Online limits
- Knives and solvents aren't sold online, and Bespoke Kitchens are ordered only with an in-store design consultant.

How to use a Wickes discount code
- Most savings at Wickes show up as banners on the product pages rather than as codes.
- The Autumn savers event, the interior paint offers and the tile offers apply to selected products only.
- The current Autumn savers offers end Wednesday, so check the price on the product itself before it goes in your basket.
- A discount code can't help with Bespoke Kitchens, which you order through an in-store design consultant.
- A Wickes gift card won't pay for a website order either, since those cards work only in stores.
- Website prices match in-store prices, so there's no separate online-only price to chase.
More ways to save at Wickes
- Free Click & Collect avoids the £5 delivery charge, and it suits paint, tools and smaller building materials.
- For a big project, group heavy items into one order over £750 and book a weekday slot to get Big & Bulky delivery free; a Saturday drop adds £5.
- Planning a new bathroom?
- Klarna's 6 months interest-free credit covers £750 to £1,500 of qualifying products, though tiles don't count toward it.
- Wickes also runs free kitchen and bathroom design appointments.
Wickes questions, answered
Can you use a Wickes gift card online?

Are Wickes prices the same online and in store?

Klarna offers 6 months interest-free credit online on Bathrooms orders with £750 to £1,500 of qualifying products, excluding tiles. Clearpay is accepted as well.
What is Wickes rapid delivery?
