About DUER
DUER, a Vancouver label, builds stretch jeans, pants, joggers, shorts, tops and jackets for men and women around the Performance Denim line that a former jeans maker started.
What shapes any saving here is how markdowns behave: discount codes never cover gift cards, and Sale or Last Chance pieces come back only as an exchange or store credit.
DUER was started by Gary Lenett, who made jeans for labels including Levi's for decades. After giving up his car for a bicycle in 2015, he found classic denim too stiff and athletic wear unsuited to daily use, which led to Performance Denim: traditional-looking jeans with power stretch and details built for movement.
The range has since grown into a full wardrobe, with fabric families such as No Sweat, Stretch Canvas, Deluxe Twill and Performance Denim+, plus PurePima tees. Men's fits run from Slim Taper to Loose Taper, and women's styles include high and mid rise, barrel and wide-leg cuts, with collections tagged for travel, commuting, golf and hot or cold weather. From its Vancouver studio, DUER works with retailers in North America, the EU and the UK and runs flagship stores.
Past DUER sales

When shoppers look for DUER coupons
DUER coupon searches peak in November, about 1.3× a typical month, and dip lowest in February.
Does DUER offer free shipping?
Yes. The site-wide banner and the Help Center agree that orders of $99 or more ship free.
How long does DUER shipping take?
Standard orders spend up to 1-3 business days in processing before transit, while expedited orders move the next business day.
What is DUER's return policy?
Unworn, tagged full-price pieces qualify within 30 days, and an $8 handling fee applies after 3 or more units returned in the past 12 months.
Does DUER offer a military discount?
Yes. A footer-linked program covers military members and first responders, but its page did not load, so the amount and ID check are unknown.
What payment methods does DUER accept?
Credit cards and PayPal work, and Klarna splits a bill into four interest-free payments every two weeks.

How to use a DUER discount code
- DUER runs on Shopify, so the discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
- The one first-order saving the site documents comes from a friend's referral code worth $20, which means asking an existing customer for it before reaching that box.
- A code cannot be spent on a gift card, so a gift card bought alongside denim is paid in full.
- Before pairing a code with Last Chance markdowns, weigh the trade-off: those items return only for exchange or store credit.
- Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada are final sale, with duties collected on delivery.
If your DUER code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Discount codes cannot be used on gift cards.
- New customers only: "15% off your **first order**" is for a first order.
- End date: "Take 10% Off" ends Nov 10, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at DUER
- The refer-a-friend scheme is the steadiest extra: each friend whose first purchase is not returned within 30 days adds $20 in DUER Dollars to the referrer's balance.
- Holiday shoppers have also earned promotional gift certificates on net purchases made Nov 27 - Dec 1, issued Jan 2-5 and usable through Mar 31.
- The Duer 360 Club is linked in the menu and footer, though its benefits were not on the pages read.
- Every piece carries a 1-year warranty, and wholesale or bulk buyers go through an inquiry form.
DUER questions, answered
Does DUER ever have sales?
Holiday gift certificates are the documented event: net purchases from Nov 27 - Dec 1 earned certificates that arrived Jan 2-5 and could be redeemed through Mar 31. Sale and Last Chance buys can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Is there a DUER discount on a first order?
A referral code from an existing customer takes $20 off the first purchase. The referrer is credited only if that order is kept past the return period.
Does DUER ship to Canada?
Canada is served, and it sits with the United States as the destinations where normal return rights hold. Orders sent anywhere else are final sale, with duties and import charges due on delivery.
How long does a DUER refund take?
The warehouse can need 2-3 weeks to receive and process a return before the refund goes out. Money returns to the original card or PayPal.
