About Emma
Emma is a UK sleep brand selling mattresses, including refurbished ones, plus pillows, toppers, duvets, beds and bedding, with prices in GBP.
Delivery is free on every UK order, so the rule to know is stacking: Emma codes may fail next to another promotion, another code or free products already in your cart.
Emma, which brands itself The Sleep Company, splits its mattresses into two families. The Original Collection runs from the Original Lite, with four layers and hybrid 3-zone springs, to the five-layer Original with its InfinitySpring design and the six-layer Original Pro, which uses Thermosync temperature regulation. The Performance Collection adds the Performance 28, a seven-layer model with an extra-thick cover.
The brand says it collected 22 awards in 2025, and the Good Housekeeping Institute has approved the Original Mattress, the Original Elite Mattress, the Adapt Cooling Pillow and the Original Pro Topper. Every Emma mattress is backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty. Undecided shoppers can take an online product quiz or book a sleep consultation in one of Emma's physical stores.
Does Emma offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard delivery is free on every UK order and typically takes 2-7 working days by DPD, UPS or Rhenus.
How long does Emma shipping take?
For £59, Comfort Delivery adds removal of your old mattress. Emma doesn't deliver to the Channel Islands.
What is Emma's return policy?
Mattresses get 200 nights from delivery, with a full refund if one goes back; other products have shorter trials.
What payment methods does Emma accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal and Splitit, with 0% finance over 3 to 12 months on credit cards.
Does Emma have student and military discounts?
Yes. Students, teachers and military members get 20% off at Emma once their status is verified.

How to use a Emma discount code
- Emma takes codes in the cart, not at payment.
- Open the cart page, type into the "Add Discount Code" box and click "Apply code".
- Look over the cart first for free products or a running promotion, because codes may fail alongside them or alongside another code.
- A mattress deal that adds free products worth up to £509 can stop a code from working, so compare the two before choosing.
- Students, teachers and military members should verify for the 20% discount before checkout, then add that code on its own.
More ways to save at Emma
- Refurbished mattresses have been up to 20% off, and they still sit under the mattress trial terms.
- Some mattress deals add free products worth up to £509 instead of a price cut.
- Emma runs an email sign-up and a referral program, though neither states an amount.
- Splitit's 0% finance over 3 to 12 months spreads the cost on a credit card.
- Comfort Delivery at £59 is worth weighing if you'd otherwise pay to dispose of your old mattress.
