What counts toward £30

Vouchers, gift cards and points don't count, and some items can't ship to Northern Ireland.

Return costs

Refunds leave out delivery and return postage unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.

Escentual Points

You earn 2 points per £1, each worth 1p at checkout; Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers add free gifts and early sale access.

Referrals

A new customer takes £10 off a £50+ order with a friend's referral code, and the friend earns 1,000 points.

Next-day pass

£9.95 buys 12 months of free next-day delivery on orders over £20 after discounts, UK mainland only.

Shipping abroad

Orders to other countries, the US included, go through Global-e in local currency, and international returns aren't free.

Stock

Products come from brand owners, manufacturers or authorised UK distributors, and gift wrapping is free.

How to use a Escentual discount code

1. Escentual takes codes in the discount box in your basket, before you move on to checkout.
2. Only one discount voucher or code fits per basket, and a Google Shopping price code counts as that discount, which also rules out points.
3. Subscriber codes need full-priced items, and full-priced The Ordinary and Mason Pearson products don't count toward the minimum spend.
4. So build the basket past the threshold with other brands first, then use the rung your total reaches, such as £15 off £100 or £30 off £150.

• Exclusions: Subscriber codes apply to full-priced items only, and full-priced The Ordinary and Mason Pearson products don't count toward the minimum spend.
• Combining offers: One discount voucher or code per basket; a Google Shopping best-price code (starting GSF) counts as the discount, so no other codes or points can be used with it.
• End date: "25% Off Selected Beauty Items" ends Nov 18, 2026; "10% Off" ends Nov 18, 2026.
• Where to enter it: Type the code into the discount box in your basket before checkout.
