About Phlur
Phlur sells modern fine fragrance: eau de parfum, hair and body mists, body care, discovery sets and gift sets.
Each order takes just one promo code, and codes don't combine with Phlur's sales or the custom trio saving. Pick the single biggest discount on your cart before you pay.
Phlur says its scents draw on memories and feelings, both deeply personal and widely shared. Many of its perfumes come in more than one bottle size, and a growing number of scents are also made as hair and body mists, so a favorite can be layered. For anyone still deciding, an eight-vial Discovery Set comes with a $20 credit toward a full-size bottle, single samples can be added to an order, and a newer mini set covers the body mists.
The site also works as a small perfumery guide, with pages on ingredients, raw materials, scent families and fragrance terms, and it lists physical locations. A membership program is valued by Phlur at more than $200 in gifts and savings.

When shoppers look for Phlur coupons
Phlur coupon searches peak in November, about 1.6× a typical month, and dip lowest in March.
Does Phlur offer free shipping?
Yes. Phlur's shipping policy page sets free standard shipping at $60 within the contiguous US, while a site banner shows $50+, so check your cart total.
How long does Phlur shipping take?
UPS SurePost costs $8 and takes 3-10 business days, and orders are processed within 1 business day.
What is Phlur's return policy?
Regular-price items have 30 days from purchase, refunded minus original shipping and a handling fee of $10 per 50ml eau de parfum or $5 per travel size.

How to use a Phlur discount code
- Subscribe to the Phlur newsletter before you build your cart, because the 10% first-order code arrives by email after sign-up.
- That code is your one promo code for the order.
- It won't combine with the Farewell Sale or the $10 custom trio saving, so compare the two and keep whichever takes more off.
- Gift cards are out of bounds for codes and sales alike, so buy them on a separate order at full value.
- Farewell Sale pieces are discontinued and final sale, which means a sale price there also gives up your 30-day return.
If your Phlur code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "Gift with Purchase on Orders over $20" needs an order of at least $20.
- One code per order: One promo code per order; codes and sales cannot be combined with other offers or used on gift cards.
- New customers only: 10% off a first order (sign up for the newsletter) does not apply to repeat orders.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Phlur
- The Discovery Set is the cheaper way to test Phlur scents.
- It holds eight samples and a $20 credit toward a full-size bottle once you've picked a favorite, though samples and sample sets are final sale.
- If you already know three scents you like, the custom trio saves $10.
- The Farewell Sale clears discontinued fragrances at lower prices with no returns.
- Phlur also sells a Membership the site says brings over $200 worth of gifts and savings, but the pages on file don't spell out its terms.
Phlur questions, answered
Does Phlur give a discount on the first order?
Newsletter sign-up earns 10% off your first Phlur order, sent by email. It counts as the single promo code that order can take.
How much does Phlur keep from a refund?
Phlur refunds regular-price items within 30 days of purchase, minus original shipping and a handling fee. That fee covers the return label plus disposal: $10 for a 50ml eau de parfum, $5 for travel size or oils.
Can Phlur samples be sent back?
Samples and sample sets are final sale at Phlur, as are Farewell Sale items. Candles can only come back unopened.
Does Phlur ship outside the US?
Canada is the only destination Phlur serves outside the US. At home it covers the 48 contiguous states and DC, with no P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
