- GearFrost takes discount and gift card codes during checkout, before the order is submitted; once an order is placed, a forgotten code cannot be applied.
- Promotions, automatic discounts and codes generally do not combine unless an offer says they do, so when the Mix & Match tier (10% off 2 items, 20% off 3 or more) already shows in the cart, a separate code may not add anything on top.
- Eligible discounts display at checkout, which is the place to compare them.
- Discounted items are generally non-refundable, and the only window to fix a mistaken design or size is the 24 hours before production starts.

- The Mix & Match offer rewards a bigger cart: two items take 10% off and three or more take 20% off, which suits pairing a printed shirt with a matching bag, car accessory or pet item.
- Choosing express shipping does not speed up production, so the upgrade only trims US transit to 3-7 business days from 10-20.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted because items are made to order. Only damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong items qualify, reported with photos within 7 days of delivery.
