About Utoya
Utoya, founded in 2018, sells hemp-derived THC, THCA flower, CBD, edibles, vapes and mushroom products, each lab tested and marked with a QR code that leads to its certificate of analysis.
The largest standing saving on the site is 30% off for signing up, which pays off only if the account exists before the first cart is built.
Does Utoya offer free shipping?
Yes. Carts over $100 skip the shipping charge; below that, charges are worked out at checkout.
How long does Utoya shipping take?
Orders take 1-3 business days to process, nothing ships on weekends or holidays, and some products cannot go to certain states.
What is Utoya's return policy?
7 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging; return postage comes out of the refund, and defective goods are swapped for the same item.
Does Utoya offer a military discount?
Yes. Veterans, active military and first responders get 20% off after verifying through Utoya's own form.

How to use a Utoya promo code
- Sign-up comes first at Utoya: the 30% off for signing up is the biggest standing discount on the site, so register before filling the cart.
- Veterans, active military and first responders need to complete the HEMP Initiative verification form before the 20% off becomes usable.
- A Friday YouTube show also gives away products and limited promo codes, so codes from that stream are worth using quickly.
- The store does not say whether a sign-up code and the HEMP Initiative discount combine, while Valhalla Points can be stacked.
- Summer orders of chocolates and edibles can add insulated packaging at checkout, a small extra worth planning for.
More ways to save at Utoya
- Valhalla Points return 1 point per $1 spent, and every 10 points is worth $1 off, so repeat buyers build a steady discount over time.
- Referring friends adds $5 per referred friend.
- Crossing $100 removes the shipping charge, which matters because returns are tight: only 7 days from delivery, unused, with return shipping taken out of the refund.
- Bulk and custom orders go through a wholesale account instead of the retail store.
Utoya questions, answered
Does Utoya have a military or first responder discount?
The HEMP Initiative gives veterans, active military and first responders 20% off, verified through Utoya's own form. It is a standing offer rather than a time-limited promotion.
How much is the Utoya sign-up discount?
A homepage banner advertises 30% off for signing up.
How do Valhalla Points work?
Every $1 spent earns 1 point, and 10 points convert to $1 off. Points can be stacked on a single order.
Does Utoya ship internationally?
Retail orders abroad are not offered yet; international sales start with wholesale business accounts, and retail is planned later.
How can the lab results for a Utoya product be checked?
All products are lab tested, and each carries a QR code that links to its certificate of analysis.
Can every Utoya product ship to every state?
Some products cannot ship to certain states, and the excluded states vary by product. Checkout shows the charges, and orders only go out on business days.
