About Jigsaw

Jigsaw sells British womenswear and accessories online, from coats, knitwear and tailoring to jeans, shoes, bags and jewellery, with an outlet section.

The rule that shapes every UK order: Jigsaw's codes work on full-price items only, so anything already reduced stays at its marked price in GBP.

Jigsaw presents itself as a luxury British womenswear label, and alongside its clothing it publishes pages about the materials it uses and the suppliers it works with. It also supports the Jigsaw Art Foundation and lists its physical boutiques through a store locator.

Much of the site is about helping shoppers choose well: care guides for cashmere, leather and linen, fit guides for denim, tailoring and T-shirts, and edits built around workwear, occasionwear and a capsule wardrobe. Yes. Standard delivery is free on orders over £150, and click and collect costs nothing on any order size.

How long does Jigsaw shipping take?

Royal Mail or InPost standard is £4.50 in 3-5 working days; express is £6 and next day £8 if you order by 5pm.

What is Jigsaw's return policy?

Full-price pieces have 28 days from receipt, and UK returns through the online portal are free; refunds land within 10 working days of reaching the warehouse.

How to use a Jigsaw discount code

  1. Jigsaw takes codes on the Shopping Bag page, before the payment steps.
  2. Look for the promotion code box on that page and enter it there.
  3. Only one code fits per order, and it won't combine with other promotions or discounts.
  4. A bag that mixes sale and full-price pieces gets the discount on the full-price items alone.
  5. Gift cards and delivery charges never take a code.
  6. Money-off codes carry a minimum spend equal to their value, so £20 off needs a £20 basket.
  7. Percentage codes have no minimum unless the terms say so.
  8. Sitewide promotions also leave out collaborations, so check the product page before counting on the saving.
