How to use a Jo Malone London promo code
- Jo Malone London ties its 10% first-purchase offer to the email sign-up, so join the list before you check out.
- Since standard shipping is already free, that 10% is the whole saving on a small order.
- On a larger one, the $150 threshold for the deluxe duo of seasonal scents counts for more.
- That duo is a free promotional item, so it must come back with the order if you return it.
- Engraved items can't be returned, so add engraving only when you're certain.
- Each order ships to a single address, which means gifts headed to different people need separate orders.
If your Jo Malone London code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "3 Free Deluxe Miniatures on Any $175+ Order" needs an order of at least $175; "10% Off $100+ Orders" needs an order of at least $100.
- New customers only: 10% off a first order (sign up for emails; terms apply) does not apply to repeat orders.
- End date: "3 Free Deluxe Miniatures on Any $175+ Order" ends Nov 19, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
