About KatKin
KatKin makes fresh, gently cooked cat food from human-quality meat, sent frozen to England, Wales and most of mainland Scotland on a personalized subscription priced in GBP.
The rule that matters most is the cut-off: changes made after 6 pm three days before a delivery won't stop that box being charged.
KatKin presents itself as an independent brand with an outspoken, cat-first attitude, and its team includes vets, nutritionists, nurses and cat specialists. The company says a Board-Certified Vet Nutritionist designs its recipes so each meal is nutritionally complete, and one pouch is portioned to cover a cat's whole daily calorie needs, with plan prices set by each cat's calorie requirement.
Subscriptions can be updated, paused or cancelled at any time, and an email and text reminder arrives before each delivery. New customers begin with a trial box holding a selection of popular recipes, a pot of sprinkles and a guide to switching, with no obligation to continue. Beyond food, KatKin sells treats and Scoop litter, runs a Breeders' Club, and publishes cat care articles on its blog, The Scratching Post.
How long does KatKin shipping take?
£2.99 per delivery for the first plan, while extra plans, such as a Scoop litter subscription, ship free.
What is KatKin's return policy?
14 days to cancel a litter order from the confirmation email, with goods sent back at your cost in the condition received.

How to use a KatKin discount code
- KatKin discount codes are personal and non-transferable.
- Unless a promotion's terms say otherwise, it's limited to one per person, household and address.
- Promotions can't be combined either, so a multi-cat household should compare any one-off code against the standing 5% off fresh food, Sprinkles and Nibbles.
- Any code goes in when you place your first order, which is a trial box of popular recipes with no obligation to continue.
- Later, an email and an SMS before every delivery remind you to make changes before the cut-off.
More ways to save at KatKin
- Adding a second plan is where the delivery fee disappears: the first plan pays £2.99 per delivery, but extra plans, including a Scoop litter subscription, ship free.
- Scoop litter gets cheaper in bulk, falling from £18 a bag to £14 a bag when you take 4.
- Households with more than one cat get 5% off fresh food, Sprinkles and Nibbles.
- The Refer-A-Friend page shows the current reward for inviting a friend.
