About Omlet
Omlet has designed pet products since 2004, starting with the Eglu chicken coop and now covering runs, feeders, dog and cat beds, cat trees, and hutches and cages for rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and birds.
Signing up to the email newsletter brings 10% off your first order, and Omlet takes only one code or discount per basket.
Omlet was started by four product design graduates of the Royal College of Art, who built the first Eglu prototype, and the company presents its range as pet products meant to bring owners closer to their animals. Its Eglu coops come in sizes for 3 up to 10 large chickens, supported by smart automatic coop doors, insulated drinkers, walk-in runs and weather covers.
For smaller pets, Omlet makes the Zippi tunnel and playpen system for rabbits and guinea pigs, and for cats it offers outdoor Catio runs, balcony enclosures and indoor and outdoor cat trees. Dog beds come in small, medium and large sizes in bolster, nest and cushion styles. The UK store runs alongside local Omlet sites for several European countries, Australia and the US.
How long does Omlet shipping take?
In-stock items usually leave within 48 hours by Royal Mail, DHL or Parcelforce; out-of-stock items show an estimated date, and nothing goes to ParcelShops.
What is Omlet's return policy?
Omlet gives 180 days, with free returns from UK addresses and no restocking fees, if you keep the original packaging and clean used items.
Does Omlet offer a military discount?
Yes. A staff discount runs through Omlet's own application form, and customer services then set up the order for you.
What payment methods does Omlet accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, bank transfer and credit notes are accepted, and orders are paid in full before shipping.
More about shopping at Omlet
- Outlet items
- Outlet purchases aren't covered by free returns, so you pay the shipping if one of those goes back.
- Beyond the UK
- The UK site delivers to the UK, the EU and the rest of the world; US shoppers use a separate US site.
From Omlet's own pages, read Oct 31, 2026.

How to use a Omlet discount code
- Type the code into the 'Promotional Code' field in your Omlet basket.
- Join the newsletter first if you want the 10% first-order saving, since that code comes by email.
- Omlet accepts one promo code or other discount at a time, so the NHS and military staff discount and the newsletter code won't sit on the same order.
- On a large Eglu setup, work out which one takes more off before you commit.
- UK prices are in GBP, and there's no payment plan to spread the cost, so the discount you choose comes off a bill you pay in full.
If your Omlet code doesn't work
- Combining offers: One promo code or other discount at a time.
- New customers only: 10% off a first order (sign up to the newsletter) does not apply to repeat orders.
- End date: "10% Off Sitewide" ends Nov 23, 2026.
- Where to enter it: Enter the code in the 'Promotional Code' field in your basket.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Omlet
- For UK buyers, the 180-day window and free returns take much of the risk out of trying a coop or cat tree at home.
- Outlet items lose free returns, so measure your space before buying one there.
- NHS and military staff can apply through Omlet's form for their discount, with customer services setting up the order.
- If you already hold an Omlet credit note, it's accepted as payment on a new order.
