About Murad
Murad sells clinical skincare from a dermatologist-founded brand, covering cleansers, exfoliators, serums, moisturizers, SPF, peels and eye care, plus supplements.
Orders of $50 or more ship free, and through Jan 4, 2027 holiday shipping is free with no code and no minimum. The one-code-per-order rule decides most of what you can save here.
Murad is a clinical skincare brand started by a dermatologist, Dr. Murad, and its range can be browsed three ways: by product type, by ingredient and by skin concern. Ingredient pages cover retinol, retinal, vitamin C, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, peptides and glycolic, salicylic or lactic acid, while concern pages deal with acne and blemishes, dark spots, pores, oil control, dryness, sensitivity, and lines and firmness. Named lines include Retinal ReSculpt, Retinol Youth Renewal, the Superactive SPF moisturizers, Cellular Hydration and the Biome-Balancing range.
The site also offers a skin quiz, an AI skin analysis, an ask-an-expert service and a locator for Murad skincare providers. Murad Rewards is free to join and has Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers, and a subscribe-and-save option covers repeat orders.

How to use a Murad coupon
- Murad's cart has a Promo Code box with an Apply button, and it accepts one code per order.
- Murad promotions don't combine with other offers, but a promo code can sit alongside a reward-product redemption, so you can trade points for a free product and still use your code.
- The 15% first-order offer covers regular-priced items only.
- Kits, sets, regimen bundles and sale items won't count toward it, so build that first cart from single products.
- Free holiday shipping needs no code at all, which leaves the box open for a discount.
If your Murad code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "20% Off $100+ Orders" needs an order of at least $100.
- Exclusions: The first-order discount excludes sale items, kits, sets and regimen bundles.
- One code per order: One promo code per order; Murad promotions can't be combined with other offers, though a promo code can be used alongside a reward-product redemption.
- New customers only: 15% off a first order (offered on a first order of regular-priced items; one per customer, US orders only. How to claim it is not stated on the pages read) does not apply to repeat orders.
- Where to enter it: The cart has a Promo Code box with an Apply button; one code per order.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Murad
- Murad Rewards is free with an account and pays points on every purchase, with Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers earning more.
- Points can buy dollars off or free products, and the free-product route pairs with a promo code.
- Subscribing to a serum or moisturizer you reorder drops the price by 10%, then 15% from the 2nd recurring order, though cancelling or swapping sends it back to 10%.
- Every order also lets you choose 2 free minis.
