About NIXI Body
NIXI Body is a UK brand making leakproof, VPL-free underwear for periods and light bladder leaks, designed for active women and sold since 2019, when it started out as BP3.
Prices are in pounds. Worn pairs can't come back for hygiene reasons, so the 10% email sign-up discount goes furthest when you're sure of your size and absorbency.
NIXI Body was started by Kelly, a mother of two whose bladder leaks after childbirth and early menopause kept interrupting her hockey, and who wanted absorbent knickers that sat smoothly under gym leggings. Coni Longden-Jefferson later joined as co-founder to lead the period side. The name is borrowed from Greek goddesses associated with childbirth, and the stated aim is to keep women exercising through menstruation, motherhood and menopause.
The range is split into light, medium and heavy absorbency, with lines for tweens and teens, night-time and swimwear. Styles carry women's names: the high-leg Carla, which supports The Endometriosis Foundation, the Susie, the Coni and the Zoe bikini. Absorbency is tested independently by SATRA Technology, though the pants are not designed for full incontinence. NIXI Body is an official partner of England Netball and has sold online through Decathlon, Superdrug, Boots and QVC.
