About Olay
Olay sells its own skincare and body care online, from face moisturizers, serums and eye creams to cleansers, sunscreen and body wash.
The rule that shapes your savings is Club Olay. The free account brings 15% off a first order, free standard shipping and points on every dollar you spend.
Olay is a Procter & Gamble brand, and its online shop can be browsed by skin concern, such as fine lines, loss of firmness, dark spots, dryness or sensitivity, or by key ingredient, including retinol, vitamin C, niacinamide and hyaluronic acid. Its Regenerist range, sold in the brand's signature red jar, targets firmer-looking skin, and Olay says dermatologists recommend it for anti-aging care.
A free AI-powered Skin Advisor analyzes a shopper's skin and suggests a routine. Subscribers are emailed a reminder 10 days before each shipment and can skip it, swap products or have it sent early. Online orders are open only to adults living in the 50 states or DC.
When shoppers look for Olay coupons
Olay coupon searches peak in July, about 6.5× a typical month, and dip lowest in June.
Does Olay offer free shipping?
Yes. Members get free standard shipping on every order, though a points reward doesn't count toward the free shipping threshold.
How long does Olay shipping take?
UPS carries most orders to the 50 US states and DC in 5-10 business days, with up to 2 extra days for some remote addresses.
What is Olay's return policy?
Unopened items go back within 30 days of shipping after a call to 1-800-285-5170 for authorization; you pay return postage unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
What payment methods does Olay accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express sit alongside PayPal, PayPal Credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.

How to use a Olay coupon
- Olay's cart has a box labeled 'Add Promo or Discount', so a code goes in before you reach payment.
- If you're new, set up the free Club Olay account firSt. The 15% welcome discount and free standard shipping both depend on membership, so a guest cart misses them.
- Subscription items already carry 5% off, so look at the cart total after you add a code to see what's left.
- A points reward lowers the price too, but it won't help you reach the free shipping threshold.
If your Olay code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "15% off your order" needs an order of at least $50.
- New customers only: 15% off a first order (create a free Club Olay account) does not apply to repeat orders.
- End date: "$10 Off Storewide" ends Nov 18, 2026; "$4 Off Select Items" ends Nov 18, 2026.
- Where to enter it: The cart has an 'Add Promo or Discount' box.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Olay
- Clearance runs up to 50% off and is the deepest markdown on the site.
- For a moisturizer or serum you reorder, a subscription takes 5% off, adds free gifts and can be cancelled from your Club Olay account anytime.
- The reminder 10 days before each shipment lets you skip, swap or send now.
- Points come in at 10, 15 or 20 per dollar depending on your tier.
- The refer-a-friend offer gives a friend $10 and gets you $10.
