About Pajamagram
Pajamagram makes pajamas, loungewear, robes and matching sleepwear for families, couples and even pets with their owners, and has done so since 2002.
Standard shipping costs $9.99 at any order size, and free shipping shows up only as an occasional promotion, so the VIPj email program is where offers arrive.
Pajamagram is based in Vermont, where its designers work in the Green Mountain foothills above Lake Champlain, and the company credits the state's shifting seasons for a range that runs from warm flannel and fleece to light cotton and specialty blends. Beyond pajamas it also makes travelwear and blankets.
The catalog is sorted by fabric (cotton and polyester, jersey, satin, flannel, fleece) and by named lines such as TENCEL™ Modal, The Cooling Collection, the Signature Soft Fleece Collection, The Literary Collection and The Bridal Shop. Kids' sizes run from infant up to 16Y, matching sets cover Mommy & Me, Dad & Me and dogs and cats, and gift packaging is offered in the women's, men's and kids' sections.
When shoppers look for Pajamagram coupons
Pajamagram coupon searches peak in December, about 3.9× a typical month, and dip lowest in June.
How long does Pajamagram shipping take?
$9.99 standard at any order size, arriving 7-10 business days after it ships; P.O. boxes and APO/FPO get standard only.
What is Pajamagram's return policy?
You have 60 days from purchase, and a $9.99 return shipping fee comes off the refund.

How to use a Pajamagram discount code
- Pajamagram uses Shopify's standard checkout layout, which puts the discount box in the order summary.
- Pajamagram says it doesn't hand special promo codes to other websites; its offers go out through the VIPj email program, so join that list before you order.
- Final-sale, overstock and gift-packaging items can't be returned, so think twice before using a code on them.
- If you bought through Amazon, any return goes back through Amazon instead.
More ways to save at Pajamagram
- Taking store credit instead of a refund avoids the $9.99 return fee, and you get up to 120 days to decide.
- A free exchange within 90 days also skips the fee.
- E-gift cards arrive by email the same day, which helps for a last-minute present, though they aren't refundable.
- Free shipping does appear as an occasional promotion, so the VIPj emails are worth reading before a large order.
Pajamagram questions, answered
Does Pajamagram offer free shipping?
Free shipping is only an occasional promotion. Standard shipping is otherwise $9.99 no matter how much you order.
Where do Pajamagram discount codes come from?
Pajamagram sends its offers through the VIPj email program and says it doesn't give other websites special promo codes. No sign-up amount is stated.
What does a Pajamagram return cost?
Refunds go to your original payment method minus a $9.99 return shipping fee. Exchanges up to 90 days and store credit up to 120 days carry no fee.
Does Pajamagram ship to Canada?
Canada is the only country outside the U.S. served, at a flat $69.99 that includes duties and taxes. You arrange it by contacting customer service.
Can Pajamagram pajamas bought on Amazon be returned to Pajamagram?
Orders placed on Amazon must go back through Amazon, not Pajamagram.
