About FIGS

FIGS makes scrubs for healthcare professionals, with women's, men's and kids' sets alongside underscrubs, outerwear, footwear and accessories.

The detail that shapes your savings is the exclusion list: sitewide promotions skip the FIGS | New Balance and FIGS | Eko lines, jewelry, pins, embroidery and gift cards.

FIGS was co-founded by Heather Hasson, now Executive Chair, and CEO Trina Spear. Hasson, who came from fashion, started the company after seeing a nurse practitioner friend work long shifts in boxy, scratchy scrubs, and set out to give healthcare workers the kind of engineered apparel athletes already had.

FIGS calls its design approach Technical Comfort and makes its scrubs from proprietary fabrics: FIONx, FORMx, FIBREx and, in the men's range, FlexKnit. Beyond tops and pants it offers ScrubJumpsuits, ScrubLeggings, maternity scrubs, lab coats and loungewear, and shoppers can browse by specialty, from dentistry and nursing to surgery and veterinary medicine. Scrubs can be personalized, students can organize group orders through FIGS TEAMS, and the company runs a scrub recycling option alongside the Awesome Humans Foundation and Threads for Threads.

When shoppers look for FIGS coupons

FIGS coupon searches stay fairly even all year: November leads, December trails.

US Google searches, Sep 2025 to Aug 2026. Search interest, not sales.

Does FIGS offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard delivery is free on U.S. orders of $50 or more and $5 below that; 2-day express runs $8 per order in the continental U.S.

How long does FIGS shipping take?

Scrub orders can ship to U.S. PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, so a posting on base doesn't rule out delivery.

What is FIGS' return policy?

A refund is available within 30 days, or up to 60 days for an exchange or store credit; custom, embroidered and final-sale pieces stay with you.

Does FIGS have a student discount?

Yes. Students get 15% off every order, and classmates can pool a FIGS TEAMS order for group service.

Does FIGS offer a military discount?

Yes. Both a military discount and a referral program are linked in the footer, but neither amount is printed.

How to use a FIGS coupon

  1. FIGS runs on Shopify, so the discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
  2. Build the cart first and hold it up against the exclusions: a code won't touch New Balance or Eko styles, embroidery, pins, jewelry, gift packaging, taxes or shipping.
  3. FIGS promotions can't be combined with each other or with other codes, so a top-and-pants set offer and the student rate won't stack.
  4. Pick whichever takes more off your basket.
  5. If you're adding a name or logo, decide before you pay, because embroidered pieces can't come back.

If your FIGS code doesn't work

  • Minimum order: "15% Off Your First $50+ Order" needs an order of at least $50.
  • Exclusions: Sitewide promotions exclude FIGS | New Balance, FIGS | Eko, jewelry, pins, embroidery, gift cards, taxes, shipping and gift packaging.
  • Combining offers: FIGS promotions can't be combined with other offers or discount codes.
  • New customers only: "15% Off Your First Order" is for a first order.

More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.

More ways to save at FIGS

  • For anyone in school, the 15% student rate on every order beats most one-off codes over a full program of uniforms.
  • The last Back to School event took 20% off everything from August 4-11, 2026.
  • Keeping each order at $50 or more avoids the $5 shipping charge.
  • A wrong size is less of a gamble than it looks, since you have up to 60 days to swap it or take store credit.

FIGS questions, answered

How much is shipping at FIGS?

Standard U.S. shipping costs $5 under $50 and nothing at $50 or more. Express 2-day delivery is $8 per order within the continental U.S.

Can embroidered FIGS scrubs be returned?

Embroidered, custom and final-sale items are final. Standard pieces in good shape have 30 days for a refund or 60 days for an exchange or store credit.

What do FIGS promotions exclude?

Sitewide promotions leave out FIGS | New Balance, FIGS | Eko, jewelry, pins, embroidery and gift cards. Taxes, shipping and gift packaging aren't discounted either.

Does FIGS ship internationally?

Orders go to Australia, Canada, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. International customers can't make direct exchanges.

Does FIGS sell gift cards?

Digital gift cards come in amounts from $25 to $250, and physical cards from $25 to $100.
