About Parachute
Parachute sells bedding, bath linens, robes, decor, baby items and an Eco Mattress made from natural materials like European flax linen and Turkish cotton, designed in Los Angeles.
Standard shipping is free on every order, so the real savings questions are sale timing and the $8 fee on mailed returns.
Parachute presents itself as a bed and bath brand that has spent years refining basics such as the white sheet and the everyday towel. Bedding comes in percale, linen, brushed cotton, sateen and Linen Tencel, with Venice sets, quilts, comforters and down or down-alternative inserts; towels span Soft Rib, Organic Plush, Classic Turkish Cotton, Organic Resort Stripe, Organic Cotton Mosaic and waffle weaves. The Parachute Candle, throws and pillows round out the decor line.
Its products are made with partners such as Portuguese craftspeople and an American mattress maker now in its fourth generation, and Amy Hoban is the Chief Creative Officer. Beyond its website, Parachute runs retail stores and offers design services, a trade and hospitality program, a recycling program and fabric swatches.

How to use a Parachute discount code
- Parachute's checkout follows the standard Shopify layout, with a discount box in the order summary.
- Sale discounts apply automatically and can't be combined with any other offer, so a sign-up code won't add to a sale price.
- Promotions also skip previous purchases, third-party brand merchandise, swatches and gift cards, and they're valid only in the US and Canada.
- Same-day delivery orders in Los Angeles and New York take no discounts or gift cards at all, so choose standard shipping if you want the code to count.
If your Parachute code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Promotions exclude previous purchases, third-party brand merchandise, swatches and gift cards; valid in the US and Canada only.
- Combining offers: Sale discounts apply automatically and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
- New customers only: The first-order offer (sign up for emails) does not apply to repeat orders.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Parachute
- The email list brings a first-order discount; the amount isn't stated, so check it before ordering.
- The September 2026 Labor Day Sale used spend tiers: 15% off $300-$499 and 20% off $600 or more.
- Tiers like that reward one consolidated order of sheets, towels and a duvet over several small ones.
- Returning for store credit instead of a refund also skips the $8 fee.
