About Tempur-Pedic
Tempur-Pedic sells TEMPUR memory-foam mattresses, including the Adapt, Breeze and boxed TEMPUR-Cloud lines, plus power and smart bases, pillows, toppers and bedding.
Its offers count only on orders placed directly with Tempur-Pedic online or by phone, so a promotion seen here won't carry over to a mattress bought at a third-party retail store.
Tempur-Pedic has designed its products since 1992, and the brand notes that NASA recognized it in 1998 for adapting its original material for everyday use. It belongs to Tempur Sealy, which describes itself as the largest bedding distributor in the world, and it sells through its own site, an outlet and authorized retailers.
Mattresses can be browsed by feel, from softer to firmer, and the range also includes the TEMPUR-ActiveBreeze smart bed, a travel collection and plush cushions. Warranty terms run 10 years on current mattresses, 25 years on power and smart bases and 5 years on pillows. The company has donated mattresses to Purple Heart recipients and to veterans through Operation Shut Eye, supports the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and pledged $2 million toward a pediatric sleep center at Kentucky Children's Hospital.
When shoppers look for Tempur-Pedic coupons
Tempur-Pedic coupon searches stay fairly even all year: January leads, March trails.
Does Tempur-Pedic offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders with a mattress, foundation or power base get free White Glove Delivery in the continental US, arriving in about 7-10 business days.
How long does Tempur-Pedic shipping take?
Pillows, linens and toppers go UPS ground in 5-7 business days; the page lists $25 per order for comfort items and $50 for toppers.
What is Tempur-Pedic's return policy?
You get 90 days but must sleep on the mattress at least 30 nights first, and the return shipping fee comes out of the refund.
What payment methods does Tempur-Pedic accept?
The Wells Fargo-issued Tempur-Pedic Credit Card offers special financing on direct orders of $1,000 or more, with a 28.99% APR on new accounts.

How to use a Tempur-Pedic coupon
- Each Tempur-Pedic offer states its own combination rules, so read them before adding a code.
- TEMPUR-Cloud savings combine with the $300 adjustable-base credit but not with $300 in free accessories, and one $300 offer won't combine with another $300 free offer.
- Order directly, online or by phone, because offers don't apply at third-party retail stores.
- Closeout mattresses are usually excluded, and nothing can be added to a previous or pending order, so settle the offer before you buy rather than after.
If your Tempur-Pedic code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "15% off Orders over $400" needs an order of at least $400.
- Exclusions: Offers are valid only on orders placed directly with Tempur-Pedic online or by phone, not at third-party retail stores or on previous/pending orders; closeout mattresses are usually excluded.
- Combining offers: Offers state their own combinability: the TEMPUR-Cloud savings combine with the $300 adjustable-base credit but not with $300 in free accessories; $300 offers do not combine with other $300 free offers.
- End date: "30% Off Cloud Mattress" ends Nov 18, 2026; "15% Off TEMPUR-Lumbar Support Office Chair" ends Nov 16, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Tempur-Pedic
- Tempur-Pedic's current banners include $300 in free accessories with Adapt and Breeze mattresses and buy one, get one free on select pillows, with 25% off premium bedding on top of that.
- The store card's special financing on $1,000+ direct orders spreads the cost, but the 28.99% APR for new accounts makes an unpaid balance expensive.
- White Glove Delivery sets up the bed and can haul away your old mattress and box spring, which is worth counting when you compare prices, though TEMPUR-Cloud is excluded.
Tempur-Pedic questions, answered
Do Tempur-Pedic offers work at mattress stores?
Tempur-Pedic offers are valid only on orders placed directly with Tempur-Pedic online or by phone, not at third-party retail stores. Purchases from a retailer also follow that retailer's return policy.
How does the Tempur-Pedic sleep trial work?
You must sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights, then call within 90 days if it isn't working. If the issue can't be resolved, you get a refund minus the return shipping fee.
Are Tempur-Pedic power bases returnable?
Power and smart bases can't be returned, and the same goes for foundations and closeout mattresses.
Does Tempur-Pedic deliver to Alaska or Hawaii?
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas carry a $600 surcharge and take 4-6 weeks. Mattresses and bases don't ship to APO/FPO addresses or US territories.
Do Tempur-Pedic offers apply to closeout mattresses?
Closeout mattresses are usually excluded from offers, and they can't be returned either.
Does Tempur-Pedic ship outside the US?
Tempur-Pedic ships within the US only and sends shoppers in other countries to tempur.com to buy locally.
