Patch delivers indoor and outdoor plants, plant bundles, pots, plant-care products and gifts across the UK, and has done since it was founded in London in 2016.
Prices are in GBP with a £25 minimum order. Standard UK delivery turns free once your order passes £50; below that it's £4.99.
Patch says it was the UK's first online plant brand, and its stated mission is to make the country greener and gardening simpler for everyone. Plants are sold under friendly nicknames alongside their botanical names, so a kentia palm becomes Big Ken, and each one arrives with easy care instructions. Patch buys directly from growers holding the Royal FloraHolland A1 quality mark and says it aims to become the first UK plant delivery retailer to reach net zero.
The range covers houseplants sorted by light, height and care level, including child- and pet-friendly and peat-free options, plus outdoor plants for balconies, patios and windowsills. Pots come in ceramic, concrete, terracotta and recycled plastic. Plant doctors answer care questions, a video course teaches the basics, and Patch also supplies plants to offices and handles corporate gifting.
