About Pura

Pura sells smart fragrance diffusers for the home and car, plus more than 300 fragrances from Pura and partner brands.

The subscription is where the steadiest saving sits: subscribers get 20% off fragrances and free shipping on subscription orders, and they can pause or cancel anytime with no fees.

Pura's lineup centers on app-controlled diffusers: the Home for medium rooms, Home Mini for small rooms, Home Plus for large rooms and a Car model for vehicles. Through the app, owners can change which fragrance is running, adjust its strength and program timers or schedules. Fragrances come from Pura's own line and from partner brands such as Capri Blue, maker of the Volcano scent, and are sold in what Pura calls its Marketplace. Pura describes its fragrances as clean and safe for the whole family, pets included, and promotes its Puralast and Open Air Tech technologies.

The company, Pura Scents, Inc., also runs Pura Rewards, where subscription purchases earn 2 points per $1 and 400 points convert to $10 of credit. It has a refer-a-friend program, a wholesale channel and a recycling program, and it sells eGift cards that can be sent by email or text.

  1. Pura runs on Shopify, so the discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
  2. If you want the 10% email offer, sign up before you start checkout so the code is ready when you reach that box.
  3. A Pura eGift card can be combined with other eligible discounts, which makes it handy next to a sign-up code.
  4. It won't pay for recurring automatic subscription orders, though, only for one-time and subscription checkouts.
