About Balsam Hill
Balsam Hill has sold realistic artificial Christmas trees since 2006, along with wreaths, garlands, ornaments and decor for fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving and spring.
Before planning a code around a big tree, read the exclusions: codes skip select price-promise trees, the Swarovski Holiday Collection and trees 25 feet and taller.

How to use a Balsam Hill promo code
- Balsam Hill takes promo codes online at checkout, and the discount comes off in the cart; a code can also be given over the phone.
- Only one code fits each order, and it won't combine with other offers unless the terms say so.
- Check the item firSt. Codes don't apply to select trees under the season-long price promise, Swarovski Holiday Collection pieces, Balsam Hill Studio Ornaments, Branch Samples, pre-orders, bulk orders or anything marked excluded.
- A later price drop within 14 days can be adjusted, but a missed coupon can't be added afterward.
If your Balsam Hill code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "$30 off $730+" needs an order of at least $730; "$25 off $600+" needs an order of at least $600.
- Exclusions: Codes exclude the Best Price Promise Collection, Swarovski Holiday Collection, Balsam Hill Studio Ornaments, trees 25 feet and taller, Branch Samples, pre-orders and items marked excluded; not valid on bulk orders.
- One code per order: One promo code per order; codes can't be combined with other offers or discounts unless stated.
- End date: "$50 Off Your Order" ends Nov 19, 2026.
- Where to enter it: Enter the promo code online at checkout (or by phone); the discount is taken in the cart.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Balsam Hill
- The $50 email credit applies to your next order, so join the list before you buy the tree.
- Fall Clearance runs in October with markdowns on seasonal decor, but the 14-day price adjustment stops once a clearance sale begins.
- Free shipping starts at $350, so pairing a wreath or garland with a tree can clear it.
- Branch Samples orders ship free in the contiguous US, though promo codes don't apply to them.
Balsam Hill questions, answered
Can you use more than one promo code at Balsam Hill?
Each order takes one promo code. Codes don't combine with other offers or discounts unless the offer states it.
Which Balsam Hill items are excluded from promo codes?
Exclusions cover select price-promise trees, the Swarovski Holiday Collection, Studio Ornaments, trees 25 feet and taller, Branch Samples, pre-orders and bulk orders.
Does Balsam Hill adjust the price if it drops after you buy?
A drop within 14 days of purchase qualifies for an adjustment. That ends once a clearance sale starts, and coupon adjustments aren't included.
What does the Balsam Hill tree warranty cover?
Trees have a 3-year limited warranty on the lights, frame, foliage, hinges and stand. Burned-out bulbs aren't covered.
Does Balsam Hill ship to Canada or the UK?
The US site isn't meant for shoppers in Canada, the EU, UK or Australia. Those shoppers are sent to affiliated local sites instead.
