About Red Lobster

Red Lobster is a seafood restaurant chain, first opened in 1968, taking dine-in, To Go, delivery and catering orders.

The rule that shapes every saving is one promotional offer per check, and that offer can't be paired with a dollar-value reward, so pick the bigger discount before you order.

Red Lobster builds its brand around a programme it calls Seafood with Standards, promising seafood that is traceable, sustainable and responsibly sourced. The chain calls itself among the biggest seafood buyers anywhere and says it helped found the Global Aquaculture Alliance, now the Global Seafood Alliance, in 1997. It states that its North American, Rock and Langostino lobster and all of its crab are wild-caught, with snow crab served all year, while its farmed shrimp comes from certified facilities. Salmon, flounder and cod are also on the menu.

The free Red Lobster Nation programme gives 1 point per $1 spent, and 100 points convert to a $10 reward. Gift cards come as eGifts or mailed cards with a free greeting card, and corporate gift cards are offered too.

  1. Red Lobster lets several earned rewards share one check, but only one promotional offer fits, and it can't sit alongside a dollar-value reward.
  2. So if you hold a $10 reward and a promotion, work out which takes more off before ordering.
  3. Order directly from Red Lobster rather than through a third-party delivery app when you want rewards or Daily Deals to count, since neither applies there.
  4. Catering orders fall outside rewards as well.

If your Red Lobster code doesn't work

  • Minimum order: "20% Off Your Purchase" needs an order of at least $40; "15% off with Purchase of $30 or More" needs an order of at least $30.
  • Exclusions: Rewards cannot be used on gift cards, taxes, delivery fees, gratuity or alcohol, and are not valid for third-party delivery or catering.
