About 437
437 is a Toronto label, founded in 2016 by two university friends, that makes women's swimwear, activewear and lifestyle pieces.
The rule that shapes any discount here is the returns one: site-wide sale items, BOGO items and purchases discounted 25% or more are final sale, so a deep discount comes with no way to send the piece back.
437 was started by Hyla Nayeri and Adrien Bettio, who paid for it with their own savings and no outside money, running the business out of the house they shared at university, at 437 Johnson Street, during their last year of studies. It began with swimwear, and the brand says it is now run by a small team made up entirely of women in Toronto.
The activewear is organized by use, with edits for hot Pilates and sculpt classes, Pilates and yoga, the gym and everyday wear. Core pieces include the Signature Bra, which the brand says was designed with its community, along with the Sculpt Onesie, Motion Pant, Frame Legging and Teddy Jacket, offered in core colors such as black, espresso and navy plus limited-edition shades.

Does 437 offer free shipping?
Yes. US standard shipping is free over $200 and $3 below it, with 3-5 business days of processing and 4-6 in transit.
How long does 437 shipping take?
US express costs $25 for 2-4 business days; orders over $500 need a signature, and APO addresses are not served.
What is 437's return policy?
Regular-price, unworn pieces with tags in the original polybag qualify for a refund within 14 days, minus a $15 restocking fee.
Does 437 price match?
437 does not adjust prices after purchase, even when an item goes on sale later.

How to use a 437 discount code
- At 437, codes go into the "Gift Card or Discount Code" box at checkout, and that single box is also the limit: one discount code or one gift card per order, not both.
- That forces a choice for anyone holding store credit, which is issued as a gift card, alongside a promo code.
- Check how deep the discount runs before paying, because purchases discounted 25% or more are final sale, as are site-wide sale items.
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed, so a forgotten code cannot be added afterwards, and no price adjustment follows if the piece is marked down later.
If your 437 code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Site-wide sale items and purchases discounted 25% or more are final sale.
- Combining offers: One discount code or gift card per order.
- New customers only: "Newsletter **Subscribers** Save 10% on Their **First Order**" is for a first order.
- End date: "Newsletter **Subscribers** Save 10% on Their **First Order**" ends Nov 10, 2026; "Get 20% Off at eBay" ends Nov 13, 2026.
- Where to enter it: Enter codes in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" box at checkout.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at 437
- Crossing $200 removes the standard shipping charge for US, Canadian and international orders alike, which matters most abroad, where the rate is $25, or $8 to Canada.
- The 437 Archive Sale page is the place to watch for markdowns, keeping in mind that sale pieces are final.
- 437 also runs a referral programme, though its reward is not published on the pages read.
- Returning for store credit rather than a refund avoids the $15 restocking fee, since credit comes back at full value as a non-expiring gift card.
437 questions, answered
Can a 437 gift card and a discount code be used together?
Only one discount code or gift card is accepted per order, so the two cannot be combined.
Are 437 sale items returnable?
Site-wide sale items, BOGO items and anything discounted 25% or more are final sale; returns are limited to regular-price pieces.
Does 437 charge duties on US orders?
Orders to the US and Canada ship duty-free, while buyers elsewhere pay any duties themselves.
What does 437 Package Protection cover?
The optional coverage replaces lost, stolen or damaged parcels rather than refunding them, with claims due within 30 days of delivery. Its cost is not refunded on a return.
Will 437 refund the difference if an item goes on sale later?
Prices are not adjusted after purchase, even when an item is marked down later.
Can a 437 order be changed after checkout?
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed, so codes and sizes need to be right before paying.
How long do 437 gift cards last?
437 gift cards do not expire; they are final sale and can be redeemed online only.
