About SOREL

SOREL makes winter, waterproof and wedge boots, plus sneakers, shoes, sandals and slippers for women, men and kids.

Shipping is the easiest thing to save on here: orders of $150 or more ship free, and an email sign-up covers standard shipping on your first order.

SOREL organizes much of its range around named collections, including Ambler, Out N About, Kinetic, Callsign and the Horizon family (Caribou Horizon, Daystorm Horizon), with men's styles such as Slabtown 62'. Beyond boots, the catalogue covers Chelsea boots, clogs, mules and loafers, slide and wedge sandals, slippers and accessories, and kids' styles run from toddler through big kids' sizes.

The brand has released collaborations with Aries, Needles, Jane Wade, Barbour and Neighborhood. Its site features an Ocean Conservancy page, and SOREL runs a warranty service that customers can reach by phone or chat.

How to use a SOREL coupon

  1. SOREL's welcome code comes by email after you sign up, so the sign-up has to happen firSt. Enter that emailed code at checkout and select Standard Delivery, since the offer only covers standard shipping.
  2. The code is single-use and expires after 30 days, so don't sit on it through the whole winter.
  3. It also can't be combined with any other offer or discount.
  4. If your cart already clears $150, the banner's free shipping covers you anyway, and the welcome code adds nothing.
  5. Then it's better saved for a smaller order of slippers or sandals.

If your SOREL code doesn't work

  • Combining offers: The welcome offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
  • New customers only: Free standard shipping on a first order (sign up for emails; a single-use code arrives by email and expires after 30 days) does not apply to repeat orders.
  • End date: "10% Off Storewide" ends Nov 18, 2026.
  • Where to enter it: Enter the emailed code at checkout and select Standard Delivery.

More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.

More ways to save at SOREL

  • The End of Season Sale was live in October 2026, which is a good time to look at past-season boots.
  • Sale pieces marked final sale can't be returned, though, so be sure of the size.
  • Exchanges aren't direct: you return the pair and reorder, and the $6 label comes off the refund each time.
  • Discounts are prorated per item on a return, so sending back one pair from a discounted order won't refund the full sticker price.
  • Gift cards are sold if you're shopping for someone else's boot size.
