About Sosandar
Sosandar is a UK women's fashion label selling dresses, co-ords, tailoring, knitwear, swimwear, footwear and a petite range, with prices in GBP.
Promotions here apply to full-price items only, so the 20% VIP newsletter discount won't touch sale pieces, gift cards or delivery passes. Plan your basket around that before you sign up.
Sosandar was started by Julie Lavington and Ali Hall, who spent two decades at fashion magazines before turning to clothing. They set out to dress women who want pieces that feel stylish yet practical, such as tops with sleeves, longer hemlines and dresses that suit many occasions. Every design comes out of the brand's own studio and is made in small runs, so the same outfit is less likely to turn up everywhere.
The label pairs its clothes with regular styling tips and outfit ideas. Through its Worn By Us resale scheme, customers can sell pre-loved Sosandar items and either keep half of the resale value or pass it to charity. The brand also offers a yearly delivery pass and gift cards sent by post or email.
Does Sosandar offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard UK delivery is £3.95 and free over £85, taking 2-4 working days by Royal Mail or Evri.
How long does Sosandar shipping take?
Order before 8pm Monday to Friday for next-day delivery, or pick free Click & Collect to a Sosandar store.
What is Sosandar's return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery, and a £2 fee per order comes off the refund; earrings and face coverings can't go back.
What payment methods does Sosandar accept?
Cards, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay and Sosandar gift cards are all accepted at checkout.

How to use a Sosandar discount code
- Start by joining the VIP newsletter, since that's where the 20% welcome discount comes from.
- Then fill your basket with full-price pieces.
- Anything marked down, plus gift cards and the Unlimited Delivery Pass, sits outside every Sosandar promotion.
- The terms also say an offer can't be combined with another unless it states otherwise, and it has to be used when you order rather than claimed later.
- So if a full-price dress and a sale knit share your basket, the discount only cuts the dress.
- Keep the newsletter email handy for the order itself.
If your Sosandar code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Promotions apply to full-price items only: not sale or marked-down items, gift cards or delivery passes.
- Combining offers: Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and must be used when ordering.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Sosandar
- If you order often, the 12-month Unlimited Delivery Pass gives free standard UK delivery on every order with no minimum spend, which beats padding a basket to reach £85.
- Sosandar gift cards come as postal cards or e-gift cards in a value you choose.
- Sosandar's own resale scheme lets you sell pre-loved Sosandar pieces and keep 50% of the resale value, or pass it to charity.
- Once a return is processed, card refunds land in 2-4 business days.
Sosandar questions, answered
How much is the Sosandar newsletter discount?
Joining the VIP newsletter by email brings 20% off your order. Like every Sosandar promotion, it covers full-price items only.
Does Sosandar charge for returns?
A £2 return fee per order is taken from your refund. You can send items back by Evri, Royal Mail or in a Sosandar store within 14 days of delivery.
Does Sosandar ship to the US?
Sosandar ships to the USA with standard delivery in 6-12 working days, free on US orders over $300. Express takes 2-3 working days.
How long does a Sosandar refund take?
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the return arriving. After that, card refunds take 2-4 business days, PayPal up to 3 and Klarna up to 5.
Do Sosandar discounts work on sale items?
Promotions apply to full-price items only, so sale and marked-down pieces are left out. Gift cards and delivery passes are excluded too.
