About Tatcha
Tatcha makes luxury skincare rooted in Japanese beauty rituals: moisturizers, cleansers, serums, masks, eye and lip care, SPF, body care and blotting papers.
US orders ship and return free, and samples come in every box. The rule to know is that promotion codes don't work on Subscribe & Save orders, and the current sitewide code skips sets.
Tatcha grew out of founder Vicky Tsai's travels to Kyoto, where teachers introduced her to a Japanese view of beauty built on kindness and gratitude. Zen monk Toryo Ito shared the phrase hinou-dokon, "skin and mind, same root", which the brand ties to its NeuroSkin Science work at the Tatcha Institute, set up in 2010 in Tokyo. The Institute developed Hadasei-3, which blends Akita rice that is double-fermented with green tea from Uji and algae from Okinawa.
Signature products include The Dewy Skin Cream, The Rice Wash, The Water Cream, The Silk Cream and The Longevity Serum, and shoppers can filter by skin type (dry, oily, combination, sensitive or mature) or by benefit. Holiday value sets, a build-your-own set option, minis and refills sit beside full sizes. Tatcha also partners with Room to Read, which supports girls' literacy.

How to use a Tatcha coupon
- Tatcha runs on Shopify, so the discount box is on the checkout page's order summary.
- Decide first whether this is a one-off order or a Subscribe & Save one.
- Promotion codes can't be used on Subscribe & Save orders, which already take 10% off.
- The current 20% sitewide code leaves out sets, so a cart with a set and single products discounts only the singles.
- If you're buying several full sizes anyway, the set curator offers up to 15% off 4 of them without a code.
- Sets returned later must come back complete, which is another reason to be sure before you build one.
