About Tommy John

Tommy John makes underwear and comfort basics for men and women: boxer briefs, briefs, bras, socks and knit loungewear.

The rule that shapes any discount here is that offer codes are one-time use and won't combine with other offers or the referral program, so each order carries a single saving.

Beyond underwear, Tommy John's range takes in undershirts, sleepwear and loungewear, and everyday apparel for both men and women. Named fabric lines include Second Skin, used for boxer briefs and women's briefs, and Luxe Traveler, a knit used for hoodies, joggers and quarter-zips. The current seasonal push centers on breathable sleepwear for cooler nights.

The brand features professional football linemen such as Tristan Wirfs and Landon Dickerson in its marketing and describes itself as a partner of the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Shoppers can add a magnetic signature gift box from the cart, and an account earns points for actions such as birthdays, reviews and purchase milestones, with a VIP tier for bigger spenders. A store locator on the site points to places to shop in person.

When shoppers look for Tommy John coupons

Tommy John coupon searches peak in May, about 1.3× a typical month, and dip lowest in March.

US Google searches, Sep 2025 to Aug 2026. Search interest, not sales.

Does Tommy John offer free shipping?

How to use a Tommy John discount code

  1. Tommy John takes codes in the "offer code" field at checkout.
  2. Each code works once and can't be combined with other offers or with the referral program, so a $25 referral reward and a code won't sit on the same order.
  3. Codes skip gift cards, non-Tommy John-branded items, warehouse and sample sales, and orders already placed.
  4. New shoppers get the 25% first-order code by joining the email list, which makes it the natural first code to use.
  5. If a first order of underwear doesn't fit, the Best Pair Guarantee covers a refund or free exchange on one item of each type.

If your Tommy John code doesn't work

  • Minimum order: "25% off Your Purchase of $50 or More" needs an order of at least $50; "25% off Your Purchase of $100 or More + Free Gift + Free Shipping" needs an order of at least $100.
  • Exclusions: Codes don't apply to gift cards, non-Tommy John-branded items, warehouse or sample sales, or earlier orders.
  • Combining offers: Offer codes are one-time use and can't be combined with other offers or with the referral program.
  • New customers only: "45% off Your First Order" is for a first order.
  • End date: "40% Off Sitewide" ends Dec 6, 2026; "Up to 35% Off Any Purchase" ends Nov 17, 2026.

More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
