About totwoo

totwoo, launched in Milan in 2015, sells app-connected smart jewelry, chiefly long-distance touch bracelets and necklaces sold in pairs for couples, friends and family.

The brand says no seller may offer a pair below $80 and that cheaper listings are fakes, so discounts are worth taking only on totwoo's own storefront rather than on a suspiciously cheap marketplace copy.

Each piece connects to a phone app: a tap on one bracelet makes its partner light up wherever it is, and the jewelry can also signal calls from a chosen person, mark anniversaries and reveal short love notes. Beyond the touch pairs, the range takes in the Smart Locket, which holds a photo slideshow or a short video, along with single pieces that buyers pair themselves, charms and accessories. Collections include Sun & Moon, Mountain & Sea, Soulmate and Morse Love, and many designs can be engraved with initials, birthstones or a hidden message.

totwoo says its pieces are designed as jewelry first, with the technology tucked inside rather than put on display. According to the FAQ, a charge takes about an hour and lasts 48 to 72 hours.

Does totwoo offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard delivery is free over $49, with some products excluded; below that it costs $5.90 and takes 3-7 business days.

What is totwoo's return policy?

A 30-day window, started from the order history with photos; keeping the item for a 10% refund is the alternative.

What payment methods does totwoo accept?

PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro and debit cards are all accepted.

How to use a totwoo discount code

  1. totwoo takes promo codes at checkout, and the 10% email sign-up offer has to be claimed before reaching that step, since the code arrives by email.
  2. At the time of reading, the storefront also showed a sale of up to 30% off and a banner code for an extra 10% off; the store's pages say nothing about whether these combine, so compare each against the sign-up offer on the final total.
  3. Any later refund covers only the amount actually paid after discounts.
  4. Splitting a pair between two addresses costs an extra shipping fee, which can cancel out a small code on an order sitting just above the $49 free-shipping line.

More ways to save at totwoo

  • A student discount is listed, though its amount did not load on the pages read, so students should check that page directly.
  • New subscribers get 10% off through the email liSt. A New Year Sale banner promising up to 25% off was still showing in late September, so read its current terms before relying on it.
  • On a US order, staying above $49 removes the $5.90 shipping charge.
  • For a piece with a minor flaw, accepting a 10% refund and keeping it saves the whole return shipment.

totwoo questions, answered
