About ZOX
ZOX sells elastic bracelets and smartwatch bands with hidden words of encouragement, along with charms, medical ID charms, keychains, hoodies, backpacks and monthly collector subscriptions, all shipped from Austin, Texas.
Before chasing a code, note that bracelets and accessories are final sale, so the Happiness Guarantee on a first-time buyer's first three ZOX is the real safety net.
ZOX builds its line around narrow wristbands carrying short affirmations, Bible verses and memorial messages, released in themed designs that range from otters, foxes and penguins to licensed Pooh, Labyrinth and Fraggles collections. The wider catalog adds first responder bracelets, ZOXLOX keychains, lanyards, rings, scarves, bookmarks, dog leashes, StringSwap hoodies with swappable drawstrings and the Imperial Roll Top Backpack.
The company says its bracelets and watch bands use 100% recycled polyester supplied by Repreve, that its mailers are compostable and that its collector cards are biodegradable. Medical ID charms are cut from a thin piece of stainless steel and engraved in-house. ZOX also hosts ZOXLIST, a place for collectors to buy, sell and trade, and offers a free app with releases not sold elsewhere.
When shoppers look for ZOX coupons
ZOX coupon searches peak in December, about 3× a typical month, and dip lowest in May.
Does ZOX offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $50 ship free within the United States, according to the homepage footer; below that, rates start at about $4.
How long does ZOX shipping take?
Packages leave in 1-3 business days and arrive in 2-8, mostly through DHL eCommerce Expedited MAX.
What is ZOX's return policy?
Only clothing and bags qualify, unworn with tags, within 30 days; bracelets and accessories are final sale unless defective or wrong.

How to use a ZOX promo code
- ZOX is built on Shopify, so the discount box appears on the checkout page's order summary.
- The main conflict to watch is the VIP discount: it cannot be combined with other automatic discounts or codes, so a VIP shopper has to choose one.
- VIP pricing itself covers bracelets and watchbands only, leaving hoodies, strings, backpacks, bags, seasonal and Secret Stash items outside it.
- Since bracelets are final sale, it is worth checking the wrist size before ordering; a wrong size is settled with store credit rather than cash.
If your ZOX code doesn't work
- Exclusions: VIP discounts apply to bracelets and watchbands only, not hoodies, strings, backpacks, bags, seasonal or Secret Stash items.
- Combining offers: The VIP discount cannot be combined with other automatic discounts or codes.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at ZOX
- Buying in bulk pays for select VIP customers, who get 10% off 4 or more and 20% off 10 or more bracelets or watchbands.
- Product club subscribers also receive ZOXPass perks such as VIP discounts and early access, plus $6 express shipping on domestic orders of $50 or more.
- Smartwatch owners adding 2+ watchbands get a free watchband-to-bracelet adapter.
- Digital e-gift cards are sold on the site, and holiday orders placed by noon CT on December 10 with DHL Max are guaranteed before December 24.
ZOX questions, answered
Can ZOX bracelets be returned?

The VIP discount cannot be combined with other automatic discounts or codes, and it only covers bracelets and watchbands.
How much does a ZOX monthly club cost?
The Mystery, Pearl and String clubs are $25 a month each, with shipping inside the United States included.
Will a ZOX order arrive before December 24?
Domestic orders placed by noon CT on December 10 using DHL Max are guaranteed to arrive before December 24, or the late order is refunded.
Are ZOX medical ID charms engraved?
Medical ID charms are laser engraved in the Austin warehouse, and the engraving is guaranteed for life.
Does ZOX ship outside the United States?
ZOX ships worldwide, with standard rates from about $6 to over $20 and delivery in 6-30 days depending on the country.
