About Victorian Plumbing
Victorian Plumbing sells bathroom suites, toilets, baths, showers, taps, radiators, tiles and kitchen fittings from its base in Liverpool, with thousands of products listed online.
Free standard delivery to UK mainland addresses starts at £499, a bar a full suite clears far more easily than a single basin tap.
Victorian Plumbing describes itself as the UK's largest bathroom retailer. Its roots lie in restoring and selling reproduction 19th-century bathrooms, which is why traditional styles still sit beside modern designs, and its own Victorian Plumbing designed range is sold next to third-party brands online and in a showroom. Beyond the bathroom, the catalog runs to underfloor and electric heating, fireplaces, flooring and wall panels, kitchen sinks, boiling water taps and lighting.
Many products carry manufacturer guarantees of 5 to 25 years, and some come with lifetime cover. Shoppers can sketch a room in the free 3D Bathroom Planner, order a printed catalogue or browse the ideas blog, and tradespeople can open a trade account. The company also runs MFI, a separate homeware and furniture brand.

How to use a Victorian Plumbing discount code
- Victorian Plumbing takes codes in the basket rather than at the payment step.
- Look at the bottom right-hand side of the basket page, enter the code there and check the total drops before you move on.
- Range offers such as the extra 10% off the Arezzo range are tied to that range, so a basket mixing Arezzo with other brands only sees the saving on the Arezzo lines.
- Apply any code before choosing Klarna finance, so you can see the exact total you'd be spreading.
- Trade account holders get their trade discount on sale prices too, which is worth comparing against a one-off code on a large refit.
More ways to save at Victorian Plumbing
- The October Sale runs at up to 60% off, and this year's ends 3 Nov 2026.
- Clearance stock sits in the Orchard Clearance Sale at up to 40% off, and the Tile Event takes up to half price off tiles.
- Brand promotions rotate as well, such as 30% off Crosswater brassware and up to 21% off hansgrohe.
- Plumbers and fitters can open a trade account, a discounted cash account with no credit check.
Victorian Plumbing questions, answered
Can Victorian Plumbing deliver next day?
In-stock items ordered by 17:00 can arrive the next day, from £6.95 on the UK mainland. Larger items and pallets cost more, and remote areas can pay extra.
What happens if a pallet delivery is missed?
A missed pallet delivery may cost a £25 redelivery fee. Pallets are left at the kerbside, so plan to be home for the slot.
Does Victorian Plumbing ship outside the UK?
Orders can go to Ireland, Europe, Scandinavia, Australia and New Zealand. Larger overseas orders get an email quote, and payment is taken in pounds sterling.
Can a new bathroom be paid for in instalments?
Klarna finance is available on purchases over £250, and approval can take up to 24 hours. Cards and PayPal are accepted as well.
