About Tile Mountain
Tile Mountain has sold bathroom, kitchen, floor, wall and outdoor tiles to UK homes since 2013, along with vinyl, laminate and wood flooring.
The figure to plan around is £299: above it, delivery is free to most of mainland England, Wales and South Scotland, while other postcodes get a price at checkout.
Tile Mountain was started by people from the tile trade and belongs to the Tile Mountain Group. Orders are packed at a custom-built, automated warehouse in Stoke-on-Trent, and the company has 18 stores around the country for shoppers who want to see tiles in person.
Next to its tiles and flooring it sells tools and accessories, and its range spans porcelain, metro and mosaic tiles along with stone, marble and wood effect designs. The site hosts how-to tiling videos presented by TV DIY expert Craig Phillips. Its sample boxes use plastic-free, recyclable packaging, and the business was named in the Fast Growth 50 index for the Midlands and East of England. Staff take part in charity events such as the Big Sleep Out, and the group sponsors a range of local sports teams and clubs.
Does Tile Mountain offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over £299 travel free to most of mainland England, Wales and South Scotland; elsewhere the cost is worked out at checkout.
How long does Tile Mountain shipping take?
Orders placed before 6 pm usually leave the same day. Parcels under 15 kg go leave-safe, and heavier orders arrive on pallets, kerbside only.
What is Tile Mountain's return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel, but only the whole order, so spare boxes left after a job stay with you.
What payment methods does Tile Mountain accept?
PayPal is accepted, and PayPal Pay in 3 lets you spread the cost of a big flooring order.

How to use a Tile Mountain discount code
- Enter your postcode before you judge any Tile Mountain discount code, because delivery is priced from it at checkout.
- A code that drops your basket below £299 can cost you free delivery, and on a palletised order that charge can outweigh a small percentage off.
- The Autumn Sale takes up to 20% off selected tiles and flooring, so check whether the range you like is already reduced.
- Buy everything for the room in one order and get the quantity right: only full-order cancellations come back, special orders can't be returned at all, and nothing goes back once installation has started.
More ways to save at Tile Mountain
- Start with the 3 free cut samples, which arrive with free delivery.
- Seeing a tile in your own room is far cheaper than a change of mind later, since cancelling after dispatch, or refusing or missing a delivery, costs £40 per pallet.
- Premium assisted delivery is available on request from £80 plus the standard fee, so book it only if you can't move the pallet yourself.
- PayPal Pay in 3 spreads a large tiling job without needing a code.
