About ALDO
ALDO is a Montreal footwear and accessories brand, founded in 1972, selling women's and men's shoes, boots and sandals alongside handbags, jewelry and watches.
Its home market is Canada, with prices in CAD, but every page read was the U.S. storefront in USD, so the rules below are the U.S. ones.
ALDO's first shoe was the Frida clog, a modern take on traditional Swedish and Japanese designs, and the brand says its purpose is unchanged since then: footwear that encourages young people to experiment and grow in confidence. Today the range reaches well beyond shoes, with jackets, sunglasses, belts, bag charms, socks and tights, water-resistant jewellery and shoe care products.
The Boot Shop gathers tall, ankle, Chelsea, riding and all-weather boots, including wide-calf and extra-wide-calf fits, plus western, chukka and dress boots for men. Named lines include the Stessy Collection for women and Mr. B's Collection for men, while the bag range is organized into edits such as The Evening Bow Bag, The Power Tote, The 9-to-9 Bag and The Everyday Bag.
What is ALDO's return policy?
30 days from purchase for unworn items with tags and packaging; mail returns cost $5.95, in-store returns are free.
Does ALDO have student and military discounts?
Yes. 15% off for students via ID.me or Student Beans, 20% off for military via ID.me.
What payment methods does ALDO accept?
Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay and Klarna; Afterpay orders are capped at $2000.

How to use a ALDO coupon
- At ALDO's checkout, select "Enter promo code" below the shipping cost and type the code with its dashes intact.
- Codes are single-use and won't combine with another code or a running promotion.
- Final-sale items, select limited-edition collaborations, shoe care and gift card purchases usually sit outside discounts.
- The student, military and sign-up offers were read on the U.S. storefront, which says they're valid in the United States only.
- Canadian shipping, returns and prices in CAD weren't on the pages read, so shoppers in Canada should check ALDO's Canadian site before ordering.
If your ALDO code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Discounts usually exclude final-sale items, select limited-edition collaborations, shoe care products and gift card purchases.
- Combining offers: Promo codes are single-use and cannot be combined with other codes or promotions.
- New customers only: 15% off a first order (sign up for ALDO emails and texts; the coupon is for new subscribers' first purchase) does not apply to repeat orders.
- Region: "Take 30% Special Discount on Your Order with Code": offer valid on sale items only at Aldo's United States stores. Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Not applicable to previous purchases or gift cards.
- Where to enter it: At checkout, click "Enter promo code" under the shipping cost and type the code, including its dashes.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at ALDO
- Students verify through ID.me or Student Beans for 15% off, and military shoppers through ID.me for 20% off.
- New email and text subscribers get 15% off a first purchase.
- A rewards account collects points too, though its details weren't read.
- Online clearance has carried an extra 30% off markdowns, but final-sale pieces can't come back.
