About Nine West
Nine West sells women's heels, pumps, boots, booties, flats and sandals, including wide widths and wide-calf boots, plus handbags and watches.
The rule to plan around is one offer or promo code per order, so pick the biggest discount before you reach checkout.
Nine West organizes its women's footwear by heel height (low, mid and high) and by occasion, with edits for homecoming, wedding guests, brides-to-be and nights out. Pumps come in slingback, kitten, block-heel, strappy and mule styles; flats include ballets, loafers and Mary Janes; boots cover tall, riding, dress and casual looks. The site marks genuine leather styles, NW Exclusives and shoes made with its 9x9 Technology, and lists sizes from 5 to 12.
The handbag range takes in crossbody bags, totes and backpacks, satchels and shoulder bags, clutches and wallets, while watches come on straps or metal bands. A recent collaboration features picks from Ava Dash, a model and author seen in Bravo's Next Gen NYC.
When shoppers look for Nine West coupons
Nine West coupon searches peak in November, about 1.7× a typical month, and dip lowest in February.
Does Nine West offer free shipping?
Yes. Economy shipping is free over $75 in the contiguous US; Alaska and Hawaii orders ship Express only, without the free option.
How long does Nine West shipping take?
Allow 1-3 business days of processing, then 4-7 business days for Economy or 1-3 for Express.
What is Nine West's return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery; Happy Returns drop-offs are free, while mail-in returns cost $6.95 per order.
Does Nine West price match?
Nine West won't refund a missed code, a later price drop or a lower price on another site.

How to use a Nine West coupon
- Nine West's code box is the 'Discount Code' field at checkout; type the code there and click Apply.
- Only one offer or promo code works per order, and offers can't be combined or used on past purchases.
- That makes the choice simple: the email sign-up gives $15 off a first order of $50 or more, while a Friends & Family event takes an extra 30% off sitewide.
- Codes don't touch e-gift cards, taxes or shipping, and they're for US residents only.
- Since there's no price adjustment later, apply the code before you pay.
If your Nine West code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "30% Off Any $100+ Purchase" needs an order of at least $100; "25% Off Storewide" needs an order of at least $125.
- Exclusions: Offers exclude e-gift cards, taxes and shipping, and are for US residents only.
- Combining offers: One offer per person and one offer or promo code per order; offers can't be combined or applied to past purchases.
- New customers only: $15 off a first order (sign up for emails; applies to a first order of $50 or more) does not apply to repeat orders.
- End date: "30% Off Any $100+ Purchase" ends Nov 24, 2026; "20% Off Storewide" ends Nov 26, 2026.
