About BowFlex
BowFlex sells home exercise equipment, from SelectTech adjustable dumbbells and kettlebells to Xtreme and Revolution home gyms, treadmills, Max Trainers and bikes, plus the JRNY app.
Returns are the costly part here. You pay $155 return shipping and a handling fee of up to 20%, so choose the machine carefully.
BowFlex built its home gyms around two resistance systems: Power Rod technology in the Xtreme series, including the new Xtreme 2 SE, and SpiraFlex in the Revolution, which offers 220 lbs. of resistance. The SelectTech line swaps a rack of weights for one adjustable set, from the Results Series dumbbells to the SelectTech 840 kettlebell, which adjusts from 8 to 40 lbs. Stands, a media-rack stand and the stowable 5.1S bench complete the strength side.
Cardio machines include the T6, T9 and T16 treadmills, the Max Trainer M6 and Max Total 16 for HIIT, and the C6 and VeloCore bikes, the latter with a 22-inch touchscreen and a lean mode. BowFlex notes that its treadmills need no subscription, offers delivery with assembly, and says its consumer machines are meant for home use only.
