About GORUCK

GORUCK sells rucking gear: training and travel rucksacks, weighted vests, ruck plates, footwear and apparel, plus rucking events led by Special Forces veterans since 2010.

Its biggest standing discount is Earned Service, 20% off full-priced gear through GovX, and it doesn't apply to items already on sale.

GORUCK's rucksack line starts with the GR1, which the company calls its original ruck, and continues with the GR2, GR3, Bullet Ruck and GR MONSTER. Training gear includes the Rucker, a ruck plate carrier, sand training equipment and two weighted vests: Achilles for men and Spy Ruck for women. On the footwear side there are MACV rucking boots, Mackall rucking shoes, Rough Runners, Ballistic Trainers, duty and safety boots and merino wool socks.

Gear and apparel that GORUCK builds itself carry the Scars Lifetime Guarantee. Its event calendar includes the GORUCK Challenge, RUCKAPALOOZA, Anti-Virtual events and the City Ruck Series, plus a women's retreat called Ruck & Flow. Gyms, companies, law enforcement, first responders, military units and ROTC programs can place bulk orders through a wholesale team.

How to use a GORUCK promo code

  1. For the Earned Service discount, open your cart and pick the GOVXID option at the bottom of the payment options.
  2. Log in to GovX, then click Use Code so the discount carries into checkout.
  3. Other codes go in the discount box on the checkout page's order summary, the standard Shopify layout.
  4. Earned Service skips sale items, training programs such as the Sandbag Training+Ruck Program, and Tribe membership.
  5. If the discount comes out smaller than expected, check whether part of the cart is already marked down.

Public school teachers qualify for Earned Service by choosing Public School Teacher in GovX. They get the same 20% off full-priced gear and 15% off events.

Does Earned Service apply to a GORUCK Tribe membership?

Tribe is a subscription service, and Earned Service excludes it, along with the Sandbag Training+Ruck Program.

How long do GORUCK refunds take?

Returns usually take 2-4 weeks to process. After that, allow 5-10 business days for the refund to show up.

Does GORUCK accept international returns?

International orders from GORUCK.com can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. There's no free label or exchange, and you pay the return shipping.

Why do GORUCK orders with ruck plates ship Economy?

Orders containing ruck plates ship only by Economy (USPS Ground), which takes 5-10+ business days. The same rule covers PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawaii.
