More about shopping at Cernucci
What it sells
Chains, bracelets, rings, pendants, moissanite pieces and watches, alongside streetwear clothing cut for both men and women.
Final sale
Custom products, earrings, underwear, swimwear and sample sale buys can't go back, and a bundle only returns as the complete set.
Refunds
Cernucci processes them within 5 working days of your parcel reaching the warehouse; gift-card purchases are refunded to the gift card.
Jewelry cover
Lifetime protection swaps a piece once if it arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing defect, with photo or video proof required.
US delivery
No customs or duty fees on US orders. For the shipping charge itself, see the shipping details on Cernucci's US site and your checkout total.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 9pm GMT leave the same working day, and the warehouse operates Sunday to Friday.
Cernucci runs on Shopify, so the discount box sits on the checkout page's order summary.
Fill your bag with the chain, ring or hoodie you want, then head to checkout and enter the code there.
Look over the cart before you do: earrings, custom pieces and sample sale items can't be returned, so a discount on them locks the purchase in.
Buying a bundle at a lower price has its own catch, since a later return means sending back every item in it.
And if a refund does happen, the return fee is deducted first, which trims what a code saved you.
More ways to save at Cernucci
Gift cards are sold on the Cernucci site, a simple way to hand someone a pendant or watch of their own choosing.
The lifetime jewelry cover saves money in a quieter way: a chain that turns up damaged or fails through a manufacturing defect gets one free replacement, so film or photograph any fault straight away.
Damage you cause yourself isn't covered.
Speed is the other lever, since orders in before 9pm GMT ship the same working day, Sunday to Friday.
